Friendly staff, very quiet place, clean pool, A/C, TV, fridge, Wifi, hot water, very budget friendly

We arrived early and were able to check-in. The room was very clean, A/C, worked great. The pool was clean. For the average person, it's walkable to the main street and restaurants. They were doing some maintenence on the roof of a unit nearby, but noise wasn't bad. Quiet overall. The kitchenette was actually very well stocked, better than most AirBnbs. I recommend. Jaco is touristy, but also has everything a tourist might want.

Only problem was the ants were able to come from under the door And Costa Rica ants but other then that 65 dollars can’t beat it

The place is a dump. Towels were anicient no wash cloths. Animals jumping on roof all night. Walls were paper thin I could hear the guy snoring,choking and coughing. The mattress was awful. Didnt feel safe there. Other than that its a great place.

Typical Coastal Costa Rica property. The A/C was nice change, however, I woke up the next morning with a sore throat that rapidly became a cold/cough. Not the property's issue, only a reminder for visitors. It was quiet, but it was also rainy season (first week of August). It was conveniently located close to bus stops and not too far from the beach. Typical Jaco vibe.

The hotel was generally fine. Good AC, good Wi-Fi. We had been there many times before. On this visit, the pool wasn't very clean. It was rather murky.

Okay value for money (I.e., inexpensive, comparatively) but basic. The bed and pillows were super hard and the location is a bit off the path. The pool could use cleaning.

Trouble room and property, very noisy. Pleas never ever try it . Lots of cheaper properties are existing at the beach . With better situation.

Roaches in the room, broken handle in shower. Staff are kind and considerate, but the rooms are really bad

Earlier reviews were right on. This is a Costa Rican family, small hotel and I loved it. The staff is awesome, very helpful when I needed it most. The pool is really decent. I used it as an evening wind-down. If you are looking for amenities, this is not your hotel. The air conditioning is barely enough sleeping with only a sheet but I did sleep well. The bathroom has no A/C. It is wonderful for what it is and I hope I get to stay there again soon. Thanks to all the staff there.

This place is a little peace of paradise amidst the bustle of Jaco!! If you are looking to stay in Jaco but want to leave it behind when you get back to your room, this is the place. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool was divine! The grounds are clean. Its located just south of the beach on a quiet locals street. There is a wonderful soda at the end of the road next to the church where we had a yummy breakfast. We highly recommend this place!

Great spot out of the way. Price was good. Staff was great. Ac and wifi. Half the pool in the shade, which is nice. Great Ma and Pa restaurant on the corner, next lto the Church. Great $4 Costa Rican breakfast.
