The hotel was fine. After a day of back-to-back meetings, I was hoping to go to bed and sleep in before driving home. However, the parking lot is torn up and the jackhammering started at 7:30 am. If you have an early flight, the construction may not be an issue for you. If you want to sleep later, stay elsewhere or ask for a room on another side of the hotel.

This is the perfect location for me to get back & forth to the airport on their shuttle while I help care for my mother for a week. It's clean with a nice breakfast and I love the citrus water in the lobby. I even used the treadmill to get a little exercise this time.

I was told that I could leave my vehicle there while traveling when I arrived I was told I could NOT They no longer do that HOWEVER, IT SAYS FREE PARKING ON THE WEBSITE!
When I explained this and asked my stay be canceled I was told ill let Mgr know and two weeks later NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME! I ended up at the courtyard Marriott which was very accommodating. .
Very unprofessional I DID NOT STAY HERE BUT WAS CHARGED FOR FALSE MISLEADING INFO ON THE SITE.

Quiet and well kept property. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a typical continental fare but good. Coffee was not so good though.
Only dislike was the outdoor seating was literally in the back parking lot with no ambiance at all.

Our stay was short but greag and staff were welcoming and accompdating. The only reaaon for 4 srar on property is the pull out couch ned was horrible. Thin . Could feel the springs No alternative options to improve tgis was available this.

Checked in late due to flight delays and the front desk staff decided that annoyed, one-word answers were appropriate. Seemed like employee was annoyed that we were checking in late and bothering them. Apparently had no thought that we had been delayed and zero empathy. Won’t be staying here again or with Fairfield inn.

This property was chosen based on being a Marriott property, and its closeness to the Richmond airport. The area around the hotel was under construction. The hotel and the staff were excellent.

We got to the hotel about 8:00 pm and Michelle at the front desk was awesome. She was so welcoming and she introduced us to Dawn who was also very welcoming. We ate at the hotel lounge and the lady was very nice, attentive to everyone. Very friendly environment.

My flight was cancelled and I headed right back here for an additional night. The team behind the counter is so fantastic and friendly. Great room design, so clean, and usable outside space.

This clean & cozy property allowed for a comfortable one night stay in preparation for flying out very early in the morning. The hotel shuttle made everything easier as they picked us up immediately after we returned our rental car. The shuttle also dropped us off to the airport at 4:30am which was desperately needed.

This place is great.
The rooms are spacious and very clean. At breakfast, there is always plenty of food choices and the quality of the food is great.
Best part, the desk staff is amazing. So helpful, friendly and engaging. I just really enjoyed interacting with everyone. Special bonus, the woman with the head/wrap/scarf said “welcome home” every time I walked in. Honestly, amazing hospitality.

This facility must be new because it was so quiet and everything seemed so fresh and clean. It was very quiet amongst the hallways, except once in your room you could hear other people in their rooms with music and being a little loud. The front desk staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly. I would stay again and recommend this facility.

I can't recommend this hotel. Check-in was very slow. My room wasn't serviced. My AC unit was very loud, which I reported to the front desk... but nothing was done.

New hotel next to airport, still finishing construction around the area. Room clean. Not much to do in the hotel. Friendly Staff, breakfast included (bagels, scrambled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, bacon and do your own waffle).

The breakfast was great and the shower in the room was amazing. The staff were really nice. The hotel is 3 minutes from the airport economy parking lot.

It was a location that made our travel easier that defined the choice of this hotel. Our concern was whether it will be noisy near airport but no, we had no problem with that.

Nice hotel but booked 4 months ahead of time and when arrived they booked us next to utilities room. You would have thought they would give us a less noisy room. Noise all day and night in bathroom.Had to keep door closed. Two lights out when we arrived. One needed bulb replaced and other reading light said needs rewiring. There three days and no one ever came in to fix light.
