Would rather self park! Valet only! Should not have to pay to park! Too expensive to what we got! No beach chairs or umbrellas!

It was good in year 1995/1996, it’s sad it had some problems in 2024.

This place is horrible. We got into our room and found out that our shower was not working so we told the front desk and they said they could not do anything. They gave us a number to the owner and it didn’t work. The place had ceiling leaks all over it and pets were in the hotel even though it said no pets allowed on the website. False advertising and terrible service I would recommend staying away from this place and I want my money back.

This place was dirty, disgusting
No AC until almost 9pm our room read 80 degrees and our windows were locked!
There was elderly about to passout from the heat in the lobby

I booked on hotels.com expecting a hotel nowhere did it say i was leasing someones nasty condo until check in and you have to sign a wavier saying the 3rd party booking is liable.
Our stay was horrendous and will be our last night. Nothing was as advertised.
Reached out to Melissa the owner and never received a reply. Pictures couldnt be loaded.

There were 5 people staying in the room and only 4 pillows, sheets only, and nasty yellow towels. The room could have been better furnished.

Stayed 2 nights with my family. The lobby was under construction. We had to pay $35 each day for parking. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart they are very old. The room, kitchen,bathroom should be updated 5 years ago. The windows had gaps so we could hear the wind blowing. It’s a very nice location, large pool , very close to the beach.

If you're not going to spend a lot of time in the room this place is for you...rate is exceptional

After reading all the bad reviews, I was bracing for the worst, however, I thought it was decent for the price, and an amazing location. The only bummer was no dish soap, sponge, or shampoo or conditioner

The location is excellent. If you are looking for a place just to sleep without concern of the amenities, this is the perfect place. It is in an area with easy access to public transportation but the room was not like the pictures. The facilities are very old and the staff is not very friendly, except for the security guard. Also, the hallway smelled like marijuana all the time. Excellent area, but they should improve the facilities.

Blankets were not clean and front desk was not able to provide clean blankets or exchange rooms as the property does not own the rooms. The rooms are owned by individual people who are not at the property and unable to be reached.

Some of the staff working that can hardly communicate with you, they don’t understand English. And they’re not the friendliest… The room had a weird smell to it, and gave us allergies… The comforters and bedding was pretty dirty. Oh and there’s almost 0-no cell service in the building.

From the lobby to my room at Casablanca Hotel, cleanliness was a glaring issue. Dirt on the walls and ceiling, coupled with an unsightly ceiling fan, presented an overall unacceptable living environment. The bathroom, described best as "horrible," featured conditions that fell far below the basic standards of hygiene and comfort. The cumulative effect of these issues made my stay at Casablanca Hotel not only uncomfortable but also deeply disappointing.

Everything was old. The bed and pillow are super uncomfortable. The pillows are too thin and the beds very hard. The bed cover is stained. The air conditioner is noisy.
But the view is spectacular and can go walking to the beach.

This is how you run a hotel to the grounds. No wifi at all. Reception looks worst than a 3rd world hotel, and I am Cuban, I know about that. Towels very cheap. I visited this hotel a few years back and it looked very different. Now, they better close it.

I guess for the money you pay for you can’t expect more , I would say it’s ok for the amount of money I paid. The hotel itself needs a lot of work so does the rooms. I would recommend some kind of umbrella at the pool so you can get some kind of shade at some point. Couldn’t park my pick up truck since they are not allowed to park pick up truck cause of the space, this should be advertised somewhere that way people know I don’t have to go through troubles to Park.

We did not realize most of these hotels were privately-owned. This meant, you could not check in like normal, the staff acted like we didnt have a reservation and had to call an owner which was a process. The room was so dirty and old. We were suppose to have 2 beds and a fold out one which we didnt even though we still got charged for. The hotel resturant was not open. We stayed here years ago and it has gone down hill so bad its sad. Never again.

Being on the beach is very nice, pool was nice too. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit and was plenty of room...very nice that we didn't have to use the elevator and we had a very large balcony. Kitchen didn't have a oven mit or pot holder but we made it work when we baked pizzas in the oven. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus...I would stay here again.

Not the best hotel but it’s cheap so you get what you pay for! Perfect for people on a budget who don’t mind not staying in the nicest hotel possible. our air conditioner broke one day but it was fixed by the next day.

The only positive thing I can mention is location. Pool size is enjoyable, not the facilities. Rooms are cleaned to "appear" clean. It's very dirty. Don't look at baseboards and don't touch the carpet, please. There's a reason they are tearing it down in August!

While we were in Casablanca, there was no television in the room, the air conditioning did not work well, the toilet had a broken handle, there is no restaurant, there is no bar, the sheets and bed covers were dirty, one of the beds was also broken so we had to leave the night before because the elevators were not working due to a demolition that took place in a nearby building and we had to go up and down from the seventh floor
