We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Hotel Seven Hills Palace and Spa. The service was very good, the rooms were spacious and clean, the restaurant was very good, lovely continental breakfast included. Very central location for the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Hippodrome, and Topkapi Palace.

I had a wonderful stay at Seven Hills Palace & Spa Hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, I swam in the pool which was really nice and the location was exceptionally good as it was central and within walking distance to major attractions. I would highly recommend.

Yes, the property is a little tired in places (show me a hotel that isn't). But don't let that stop you booking. It is a beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, lovely staff and a great breakfast. The bathroom is stocked with everything you need and the showers are amazing. The pool is lovely, but there isn't lots of space around it - which is my only slightly negative point. We did have the staff try to sell us meal and show, but we politely declined and that was it. We weren't pushed in the slightest. The location is perfect for all the main sights - we walked everywhere. We've already recommended this hotel to friends!

Great service great location

Really convenient hotel in the old town. Loved the pool and breakfast was brilliant.

I chose this hotel because of the "great reviews" and the nice pool and room appearances. The pictures are deceiving. The hotel is quite dated and in need of maintenance / upgrade. On arrival night manager offered us complimentary beverages, but tried to sell us on a Dervish dinner and dance "only" available Saturday when we already made dinner plans. We later saw they had the dance on Sunday. The hotel room: mold in bathtub, you have to physically remove the drain plug, broken cup holding toothbrushes, lighting was too dim, refrigerator: really a minibar that barely cools your drinks let alone has enough space. One of our ceiling lights was flickering and was never fixed. The trashlid on our trashcan did not even fit well. There was a safe. The TV in mirror not quite big, and did not have too many English channels, but apparently a lot of Russian channels. The remote could only be used at a close distance. The pool was okay, but closes at 7 PM. The breakfast was average. They did have an expresso machine that worked well. The kitchen staff was very nice. The hotel location was not bad. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the main sites in the old city and you have a view of the Sea of Marmara. It is an uphill climb, which is not terrible. I would pick a nicer hotel north of the city if I were to come back again.

The seven hills spa hotel is in a fabulous location for visiting the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sohpia and other sites of interest in the old part of the city. The staff are all very attentive and friendly - nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is amazing. The pool is wonderful too swim in after a day’s sightseeing. We can thoroughly recommend it.

The best part of this property was the staff, especially Emre and Erhan. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. They set up tours, gave advice on things to do, set up reservations and were incredibly kind. My son lost his air pods and when they saw how upset he was they not only helped us look but then gave him a brand new head set until we could replace it. Their service made our trip incredible.

I was badly treated and feel that the hotel took advantage of me and did not act in good faith leaving a sour taste in my mouth

We spent three nights in Istanbul at the end of our European holiday. Seven Hills was perfectly located near the Grand Bizarre, Blue Mosque, lots of places to eat and the Basilica Cistern. Also has a pool which is perfect for lazy mornings before heading out. The hotel was so beautifully decorated I can’t imagine what it would have been like as a palace/home. We also had views of the Bosphorus.

This is a beautiful hotel near the beach and all the main attractions. The staff provided excellent service. The spa hammam with massage was excellent. The breakfast was also very good.

Friendly and helpful

Staff service was excellent. Room cleaned to high standard and overall condition of the hotel (including pool area) was very good. Hotel offered an airport transfer service which was very efficient and made the start and end of our holiday more pleasant. The other major service at the hotel was the spa and whilst we didn't use all the services, what we did use were clean with attentive staff. Only negative we would mention is the price of the food and drink, bearing in mind we found the breakfast excellent. We stayed in our first night and whilst we enjoyed the food, it was expensive and we found similar dishes much cheaper elsewhere when we explored Istanbul. We probably would have had more evening meals at the hotel if they offered a discount for hotel residents. Apart from this, the location of the hotel makes it an ideal base to visit the major attractions.

The staff was exceptionally helpfull and friendly. It was a real pleasure to stay in Seven Hills Palace! The hotel is beautifull. For breakfast you had an extremely varied choice and it was simply delicious. When we go back to Istanbull we will definitely choose Seven Hills again. Thank you for your wonderfull hospitality.

Very clean, quaint hotel overlooking Sea of Marmara and in walking distance to many major tourist sites such as Hagia Sophia. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable - and our upgraded room even had its own private hot tub. Hotel itself has a sizable swimming pool. Front desk and other staff were outstanding, extremely helpful in arranging for tours, taxis, etc. Hotel included a plentiful breakfast each day, though options got a bit monotonous after 6 days. Hotel overlooks ocean. Only negative - food and drink at hotel's restaurant was not very good and pricey.

The Seven Hills Palace is a nice hotel in a great location. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms and public spaces are smaller than they appear in the photos. The warm beers we got at the bar the first day were quite expensive so we bought drinks off site and brought them back to drink by the pool after that. The breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel for price manager was excellent

Exceptional service from a well trained friendly staff. Hotel manager was very kind and helpful and explained everything we needed to know on our first day. He allowed us to check in early and it helped a lot as we were extremely tired at the time of arrival. Facilities were amazing, room was very comfortable and clean. Location was very close to the attractions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
