All good... friendly, clean, delicous, best location, what else to say.

The hotel was in the perfect location in Old Quarters.the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ruby who gave us some useful recommendations and answered all my queries. We had the Veranda Suite and it had a balcony looking over the hustle and bustle outside. Do bear in mind you will hear the cars beeping but that is just part of the charm and it did not stop us sleeping at all. The bar upstairs gave us great views of the City. Also loved the restaurant where we had breakfast, bright and stylish.

Hotel locked the doors and i couldnt even check in, so almost 200 usd. No reply whatsoever from the hotel about a refund either. Total scam property. Usually in hanoi they at least have someone who stays in the lobby, so if the door is locked they let you in, at la siesta its just abandoned and dark. So i lost $200 USD from reserving a nice suite, and the hotel won't even write me back or apologize. Hanoi is known for its great hospitality so this is so disappointing, don't ever stay here. Much better options all over the old quarter.

With all the great reviews and multiple recommendations, I had high expectations of this hotel. They definitely did not disappoint. The level of service was extremely high quality and very personable. I was very impressed on how several of the staff remember my name, basic information about me and anctivit I was doing and gave great recommendation. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well l designed. The restaurant had really good breakfast, and the roof top bar was really fun

We had a great time at la siesta premium , we loved the room siesta suite great wiew and very good bed , staff was very friendly and helpfull . Roof topp bar the lighthouse had also one of the best rooftop wiews we had during are one week stay in hanoi , friendly staff and on point with the drinks. Would book this again on my next trip to hanoi.

We had very welcome from hotel, all staff are nice and friendly. Easy to communicate with them. Room are clean, nice and comfortable. Hotel breakfast are delicious especially pho ga which one of the staff told me that its chef secrets recipe. Altho 1 night stay i feel everything was well take care during my stay. I highly recommend for this hotel.

The service at this hotel is the best that I’ve had anywhere in the world (and I have travelled extensively): the staff were attentive and exceptionally helpful, remembering who we were and what we had planned. Lam in particular was brilliant from start to finish, offering us advice, messaging us with useful information, helping to troubleshoot when we had issues with our e-sims and Grab, and getting us tickets for the Water Puppet show. We booked a junior suite which was spacious, comfortable and beautifully presented . The bed was fabulously comfortable with high quality bedding, and the aircon was good and powerful (which was a relief as it was very hot and humid during our stay). Our room had a tiny balcony overlooking the street - not big enough for chairs, but a good spot to watch the world go by. The door to the balcony was badly fitted so we got quite a lot of street noise, but you expect that in the Old Quarter. The location was excellent for sightseeing in the Old Quarter and there was a huge choice of cafes and restaurants close by. The lake and water puppet theatre are 5 minutes walk. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit. The views from the rooftop bar are excellent and there is a happy hour (5.30-6.30 I think). The prices are a bit expensive compared to the bars on the street, but cheaper than other rooftop bars I’ve been to - would be a great spot to watch the sunset.
