Lucky was very friendly and efficient when checking me in. She remembered that I am a returning guest. The only issue with my stay is the in room safe did not work properly and the air conditioning was not working correctly. Even though I would turn it off because the temperature would not adjust correctly. It word turn back on.

We booked two rooms but both rooms the AC were broken. It shuts off by itself after 1 hour. Leaving us sweating while sleeping. I informed the management and they sent someone to fix it. But the “Engineer” did was set it start again…. I knew how to do that. The next day, it had the same problem including the bathroom flooding due to poor drainage. I asked the front desk to move us to another room. The usual answer, “We’re fully booked”. I tried to book another 2 rooms online and they you have it, 10 rooms available at the same price I booked!!! So I called again and asked to be transferred to another room with a working AC and functional bathroom. This time they sent housekeeping to just clean the bathroom! OMG, What about the AC? I ended up just turning it back on every hour for the rest of our stay. Good thing during the day, we were out shopping or somewhere. So, next time, don’t even think about this hotel, there are other newer and better choices!!!
