My wife and I had an excellent stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We were greeted very warmly upon arrival and were shown to immaculate rooms. Breakfast was excellent, and included regional specialties in addition to standard western fare. We found the staff to be attentive, kind, and always eager to help.

I always love to come back to this hotel.. in the city centre.. the most friendly staff and everything is simply perfect!! thank you so much for organising the transport.. the spa.. the food at the rooftop bar is also very delicious.. so hope to be back soon and thank you guys for the welcome!!

Second time at this hotel and everything was amazing as the first time. Nothing to fault, comfortable bed, amazing views from the room and rooftop pool. Excellent breakfast and exceptional service from all the staff.

The hotel facility is first class in the Hanoi old quarter area, and its service is great! The spa is highly recommended to relieve the long flight tiredness. The roof top bar has a perfect view to the Hoàn Kiếm Lake, especially in the night. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. We had a wonderful experience staying in this 5 star hotel.

Fantastic hotel and super location in the old quarter. The hotel is absolutely perfect for a visit to Hanoi. The staff are extremely professional and helpful and you have a fantastic manager who understands the customers and the value of helping without thinking financially.
This hotel is absolutely worth visiting and they have my strongest recommendation.

A lovely oasis in the middle of what can be an overwhelming city! Great service, very clean and the rooftop pool was a very welcome retreat at the end of the day!

While staying, there was no major inconvenience, and it was great to be able to experience Hanoi freely and quickly as the hotel is located in the heart of hoankiem. Above all, I was thankful for all the staff members who kindly guided me. And the quality of the breakfast was excellent! If I have the opportunity on my next business trip, I would like to stay again.

Staff were welcoming and polite and offered an amazing experience. Very much enjoyed the spa treatments as well as the fine dining options in the rooftop restaurant. Overall, Oriental Jade is a classy boutique hotel that I would return to.

Restaurant food and breakfast was great. Nice clean pool area with a beautiful view. Service was A with staff always around and taking initiative to help. Drivers were excellent as well with airport pickup and drop-off options available. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful stay we had in Hanoi at the Oriental Jade Hotel. The management and staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and kind. The room was beautiful, the amenities were terrific, and the rooftop bar, pool, and view were amazing. Walkable distance to all the sites and shopping. Thank you, David and staff for being the most professional and helpful hosts!

Our stay at the Oriental Jade was excellent. The staff were hugely attentive and helpful, providing us with tips for both Hanoi and further afield. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast had a vast choice of options. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, stunning value. Five star service with an amazing buffet breakfast. Even though i came in motorbike kit and covered in dust after a 7 hour ride i was received like a pince by Alan, the GM, and the wonderful staff. Such a nice property that is so clean . The bathroom was immaculate and modern with a separate shower. If I come to Hanoi again ill definitely rebook here.

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful during my stay, although very short for business. The room was very clean and comfortable along with the hotel. I was able to use the gym and although small, it was enough for a quick workout.
Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Staff members here are very helpful and polite and speak good English. They greeted us with welcome drinks and also gave us souvenirs when we checked out the hotel. Breakfast buffet was really great with many variety of options and my kids loved the roof top pool. This hotel is very clean and very convenient location where we can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and St. Joseph Cathedral. Highly recommended to stay here. We asked hotel staff to find us a transportation from Hotel to Hanoi airport and they booked the taxi for us with 500,000 vnd (USA $20) which is good price.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from service, to amenities, facilities, comfort, cleanliness, and breakfast. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we had in Vietnam, delicious and lots of options. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

This hotel was luxurious and had some of the best staff I have ever seen. They even gave us Vietnamese coffee when we checked out! They also offer a pickup service to the airport which was very convenient.

Stay was great, but I had booked a taxi (booking made by the hotel) to pick me up from the airport. The driver tried to drop me 15 minutes away from the hotel at a decrepit place. I had my location and the hotel’s location on Google maps so declined to get off. I was finally dropped at the right place.

We enjoyed our stay at the Oriental Jade, it felt very personal in terms of service. The staff and David the manager could not have been more helpful in trying to resolve a problem we had.
The facilities are excellent, the rooftop bar and pool an absolute delight, a special thanks to John the bar manager for making us welcome. Breakfast is well presented, plenty of good choice and again the staff are what makes it better. The room we had was clean and without fault.
Totally recommend a massage in the spa too!
With all of this and the fact it is very well located for walking anywhere in the city, we would certainly stay here again. We thank you so much for our stay.
