I went with my family for 11 days July 8-19 in Havana we stay the family room no balcony the room was clean. The breakfasts was very nice and the owner and the helper was nice as well. They also had internet but not all the day because it was too much money to pay for them. to go out you need transportation and the Area is safe but this time they have shortage of oil. you also see around too much garbage around the area. We love Cuba & the people are very nice

Yanetsy and Mandi were great hosts so helpful telling us all the local restaurants and places to visit during our visit as well as what to do to keep us safe and secure while out and about nothing was too much trouble and they answered all our many questions succinctly my husband was able to practice his Spanish and they were able to speak English so I was also able to understand everything as well the Casa was very safe and secure breakfasts were very good and lots of it they handled all our transport and drivers not only around the area where we were staying locally but all around Havana also a day trip to Vinales we were so happy we decided to stay another night wish we could have stayed more but we wanted to see more of Cuba Mandi organised all our transport from Havana to Playa Largo to Trinidad to Varadero and back to Havana all very reliable and safe and at a reasonable price even though we were staying at another Casa in Havana that we had booked and paid for in advance from Australia

Amazing, comfortable, safe, top floor apartment with excellent hosts and a view of the ocean. The Casa breakfast was delicious and our hosts gracious to arrange anything we needed. We will book again.

Had the family room, a two bedroom apt. Clean, plenty of room, comfortable. Breakfast was upstairs in owners apt. Family was very helpful, had wifi upstairs that did work sometimes in the room downstairs, had to ask to turn it on because its expensive for them to use it. Mandy, the owners son I think, changed money for us at fair rate, but don't use him for a taxi service, he will say the car is modern but its old and the A/C doesn't work, we used it to go to Playa Larga and were sorry.

Safe location with a lot of pricacy at walking distance from the old City Center, good breakfast. Yanetsy speaks English very well and is very helpfull. We had a pleasant stay at Terraza Habana

The hosts are extremely nice and helpful, the property is also very clean and spacious and can't fault it. Location is central to everything and I would definitely stay at Yanetsy's if I visit Havana again!

Great place to stay in Havana, it is very centras due to its close proximity to El Malecon. Our host were extremely helpful in finding us taxis, making dinner reservations and recommending tours. The place itself is quite confortable with A/C on the rooms, spacious bathroom and fully functional kitchen

We had a lovely time in Havana. Hosts were so generous with their time and local knowledge and willing to help on any way they could. The accommodations were perfect for a couple - clean, comfortable and the terrace is amazing with views of the ocean! You will be right in the heart of Centro and can walk to all the attractions and restaurants you want. Breakfast was superb. Thank you for making our time in Havana so special!

The apartment is within walking distance of everything we needed - Old Town, buses and the Malecon.
It had all the amentities we required and having a balcony was a nice bonus. The breakfast was enjoyable and was also an opportunity to chat with the extremely friendly owners.
For those looking for a more authetic stay in Havana as opposed to a hotel surrounded by nothing but other tourists then this is a great place.

Our hosts, Yuletzy & Mandy, were amazing. Very helpful with information about the area and money exchange. Breakfast each day was consistent and well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful.

If you're planning a stay in Havana, this place is perfect! It's ideally located to be able to walk to any of the main areas you might want to check out (and you get a lovely view of the ocean from your room).
The property itself was immaculately clean, minimal, and modern and the included breakfast was a godsend.
The owners are such lovely people and they went above and beyond to help us out throughout our stay. If we ever end up back in Cuba, we would definitely stay here again. I miss it already!

The property is all you can ask for in Havana. Location is very safe, the property is in a very good condition, and the hosts are superb. We only stayed for a night as we are transiting but will definitely book this property again in the future.

Very good flat with a central location in the city, so that the old town and other sights are within easy walking distance. The flat has a large roof terrace with a view of the sea.
The landlord couple live directly below the flat and are very hospitable and helpful, whether for tips on sights and beaches or for eating out or in case of problems on site. Both were always very good contacts and took great care of us. We can only recommend and would book again at any time
