Level 2 needs refurbishment and rooms are very small.

I just wished they give us fresh towels every day. Reason for this coz saving water. We lived in same city and Auckland not short of water. And it be nice they tidy or clean room daily not until we checked out.

Dont recommend this to anyone.
Rooms are dirty and very smelly.
You get all the smells from the residents cooking and smoking.
The manager does not care and very unhelpful.

The front desk was not manned until 10 pm as stated. The check-in process was very clumsy, poorly described and took 30 minutes to get inside the building. The room itself was small with little to no furniture other than the bed. The included breakfast was ok.

The room smelt of cigarette smoke. It seemed to be coming from the air conditioning unit. Lots of kids running up and down the hall making very loud screaming and yelling. Bathroom shelf falling off the wall and room itself smelt of dust. Staff friendly. Used gym and that was fine. Not iron or ironing board.

I've stayed here a couple of times and mostly I find the mattresses quite worn out and uncomfortable. Complained about that as well but apparently they are not interested in replacement. I would rather prefer to stay somewhere else next time.

I stay for work and private. Lots of parking. Super staff and good restaurant.
Rooms clean and tudy. Some have washing machine and dryer which is great eapecially when travelling for work.

Room service needs improvement. Supplies weren't replenished, the bathroom wasn't praperly cleaned. and the room wasn't serviced daily. staff at cafe/restaurant isn't fiendly/welcoming.

Housekeeping is horrendous.
Mould in air con units made me quite ill and had to take 2 days off work which is costly since I had flown in from Australia for a job.
The kitchenette is ok but after cooking one meal the tiny bins were full and housekeeping only comes every 3 days (every 4th after a reminder in my case). Restaurant is good but prices itself like a 5 star hotel which it is far from.
Dirt and grime around shower units.
Really not great. I wont be back.

Bit disappointed with the stay. Checked into a room with shower curtains that were covered in pink soap scum, the toilet leaked and as a result the tiles in the bathroom were super slippery. Bedside cabinet had a broken handle so couldn’t use it. After 2 days we were moved into a different room, shower was mouldy in the silicon and wasn’t too clean. Buffet breakfast was cold and appears that the only time it’s fresh is when it first opens. Overall staff were friendly and accomodating. But facilities and cleanliness made for a disappointing stay. For the price of the accomodation, I’d expect better.

The door wouldn’t open, staff had to put a piece of tape to keep it from getting stuck. Bedside lamp didn’t work. Bathroom floor was sticky. Musty smell in hallway. Bed felt quite broken in.

Had to ask cleaners to come back, seemed vomit or something on back of bathroom door, was very obvious shouldnt be missed. Very dusty feeling, suggest deep clean needed regularly. Otherwise close to shops transport food and other activities.

Hotel was convenient to the conference venue but there is little more in the vicinity like restaurants or shops. Room was small but adequate. The bed was well slept in and I would have liked a sheer curtain as well as the blackout, so I could have daylight but without anyone being able to see in. Breakfast buffet had minimal food available at 8.00 am the first day but was better stocked on the second.

The room was very small, and the heat did not work properly. The bed mattress was old and worn and had no support - they need to be replaced. It was hard finding the entrance to this hotel as the main road has cars parked at the front and at the back where there is parking, there are about 30 stairs or a massive ramp to get up. No one asked us how our stay was at check out or we would have told them

Clean and quiet rooms with cooking facilities, though some of the utensils were rather worn, but useable.

Stayed in Room 14 which was convenient on the ground floor.
Dislikes: small discoloured bath towels, housekeeping didn’t clean up properly, room facing road=noisy traffic, only Prime TV avail.
