Hilton was nice but again do the people who design hotel rooms not ever stay there. The bathrooms don’t work with doors and water. A beautiful place with comfortable beds.

Fabulous hotel all round

All the staff were great! Easy check in and check out. Late check out available. Bag storage available. Great buffet breakfast. Great communication - when we had do not disturb sign on they sent a text to say house keeping could come back later. Will stay with Hilton again.

If you are looking to spoil yourself with a little luxury R&R then this is the place. Service and facilities are lovely. The bed is so comfy and with sound proof and black out windows I had the best nights sleep in years. A wonderful experience all round.

We arrived Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street late in the evening after a delayed flight, as soon as our Uber turned up in front of the hotel, a hotel staff member immediately came outside to greet us and help us with our luggage. Our hotel room on the 7th floor was quite nice and beautifully appointed. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were not too soft and the bathroom was spacious enough with a generous sized shower. The hotel provides complimentary bottles of water and Nespresso coffee pods which was a nice touch. We stayed at the hotel from Thursday to Sunday and we did not experience any issues with noise, in fact the we found the room to be quiet at all times and could not hear any noise from our neighbours. The hotel is located in a great convenient position with the tram stops for the 96 and 86 tram right outside the door. If you exit via the ground floor and through the restaurant, the tram stops are across the road from the hotel on Bourke Street. Overall we were really impressed with this hotel and would stay again.

Aboslutely wonderful hotel expect no less from a Hilton, beautifully renovated with the rooms making sense with full length mirror and well thought out power points etc, new and updated bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, even got into our room by 11am! Will definitely be back again!

Absolutely loved the hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. On 2 occasions a young gentleman met us at the car to help with our luggage and shopping. He was lovely. Hotel was so clean bed was comfy. Couldn’t fault it. We had an amazing stay. And will definitely come back

The staff is very helpful, loaning us the MyKi card for transport. The tram stop is just outside the hotel. very convenient. The room is spacious and well-designed, providing ample storage space.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Great service. Very polite and friendly staff. Clean and tidy. We stayed for 3 nights with full breakfast. It was alright. Nothing fancy, just the basic brekky. Certainly not a 5 start breakfast buffet but good coffee though. I had the King Heritage Room booked at the level 4. Nice and cozy room. However, not sound proof at all ! It’s not for you if you are a light sleeper. And there are no spas despite the Expedia saying there is one. A bit of an underwhelming experience for me. I probably would explore other hotels in the region next time. It wasn’t a bad stay for me but there is no “wow” factor.
