Service was amazing. Really friendly staffs especially the Ken from the bar by the pool. The swimming pool offers great views of the city! Definitely will come back and highly recommend

Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Rooms are clean. (Changed two rooms because of separate bookings.) Very close to a shopping mall, SM CITY ILOILO. Variety of delicious food for breakfast buffet 👌👍. We’ll be back in the future for sure. Keep it up!

When I arrived to the hotel my reservation was cancelled by Expedia, even though they took my money. I found myself on the other side of the world with no place to stay after 2 days of traveling. Thankfully, the kind staff at the hotel agreed to allow me to stay and they would pursue the matter with Expedia on my behalf. I highly recommend this hotel for that reason alone but they gave me plenty of other reasons to rate them 10/10.

Great place to stay. Has parking, great rooms, restaurants, and a pool and gym. Exercise machine was broken however.

Good price ratio but Extremely packed, lack of service not enough for the Number of people. Cannot use swimming pool as too crowded by not very well educatore people staying inside quite dressed....

The Hotel seems very warm. Some areas of the hotel smells wired esp. 2nd floor. Breakfast is great. Rooms are very clean.

Room is spiky clean and size is adequate. However, no complimentary water wa found during check in. Alerted reception and they will check with housekeeping but none was given until we checked out the following day. Moreover, doorman was not available to assist us when my elderly mother on wheelchair is coming down the van before checking in.. Breakfast was adequate….

The only two good things I can say about this hotel are the location and their room layouts and sizes. I stayed at this hotel before the pandemic. I was not happy with my stay then. I thought I'd give it another try, maybe it changed for the better. Especially the WiFi situation which a big thing for me since I always travel for business. Their Wifi is only great at the lobby. When you are in your room, you'll never get anything done. Same problem 5 years ago. Worst part is, you're only allowed to connect 2 devices to the WiFi per room. They should install router to every room and open to unlimited devices. I noticed that their fixtures are falling apart. The bathroom hand towel rack fell halfway as soon as I put the towel through the hook. It's chrome against marble that it made a horrifying sound. I almost had a heart attack. The shower bottom faucet also swivels. I couldn't wrap my head around as to what's going on in the room. They also don't provide both lotion and facial towel for showers. Staff are friendly but they take their sweet time in doing things done. Lots can be achieved if they do things in double time. Inefficient in productivity. It's my general observation with the workforce in the Philippines.

I like their breakfast buffet and their lobby ( small but nice) The staff are very friendly and helpful to us. I don’t like that if you used their phone in the room even local calls,you have to go down in the lobby to make a call and the bathroom sink needs to be upgraded.

Nice pool, restaurant, amenities, and location close to shopping and businesses. The view was nice too. Only bad thing was the gym. Machine was broken last year and still is broken.
