Customer oriented service from Hotel crew!
Price reasonable, location is very convenient.
Above all, customer service was excellent !
(I couldn't have breakfast on check-out day as I had to leave very early in the morning before the restaurant was opened. Suprislingly hotel receptionist prepare Sandwich / fruit box!)

The most helpful staff I have ever encountered. The service was a bit slow on the rooftop bar and prevented us from getting deals in drinks but everything else was more than perfect. The breakfast was incredible

Trying to keep it short as i have a lot of good things to say!
- Front desk (Liam) supported us with tour booking, airport pick up and direct hotel booking. All prices were competitive, Liam was very helpful and informative.
- Front desk (Grace) helped with providing us with to go snacks when we were going to Sa Pa (even though we were no longer staying at the hotel). Team offered us to take a shower before and after the long ride.
- When i forgot my wallet in a safety box, team reached out immediately and wallet was returned.
- Going to Ha Long, hotel also kept our bags for multiple days, and again we were given some to go snacks.
- Breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety: from passion fruit to pho.
- All staff is super friendly.
- Farewell present (vietnamese coffee)
- Early check in and room upgrade.
In short, what makes this place special is its staff. While these gestures were small, they are meaningful and i have never experiences so many positive things at one place. This place felt like home.

Highly recommended accommodation in Hanoi. The friendly, warm and helpful staff could remember guest's name and needs, especially Lily (I bought a gift for her because very grateful to her).
The hotel facilities are not large,but it is convenient for eating and shopping. and the breakfast is diversity and delicious.

A charming hotel conveniently located next Hoàn Kiếm lake. Spacious and clean room with delicious and variety breakfast items. Cheerful and friendly staff are always attentive to our family. An in-house restaurant Mia’s offered so many fantastic dishes that we didn’t want to eat outside. Definitely stay here again when in Ha Noi.

The staff here absolutely make the effort to be known, know you, help you in any way and make the stay enjoyable.
As an example we booked a trip to Ha long Bay and as the bus pulled up to collect us, the manager came running out to the bus with 2 fruit packs and bottles of water in case we got hungry on the way. Its that kind of detail that makes you want to support them.
Breakfast is top notch, the restaraunt downstairs is excellent and street food outside is the best.

Great propery in the heart of it all. Minutes away from the lake. Fantastic hotel staff who helped me celebrate my birthday in style. Great resteraunt in the hotel and right downstairs another fantastic restaurant. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We were a family of four and stayed in the family room. We had such a nice stay in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and supportive, the rooms are clean, the location is perfect, the breakfast was very good. We also used the spa service. We can really recommend this hotel, all was very good!

1. What made Solaria special was their staff. Wow! What wonderful young ladies and men. Everyone always attentive, always smiling, ready to assist. They bend over backwards to please. I have never experienced such special treatment. It didn't matter if it was the wait staff in the restaurant (Hi, Cheese and Mia) or the front desk staff (Hi, Hannah) they were the best.
2. Room - nicely appointed. Cold a/c. Needed in Hanoi summer.
3. Restaurant Mia at the Ground floor. Wow! all that we ate was awesome. Breakfast. . . compares to some of the best buffet breakfast I have had around the world in luxury hotels.
4. Location - central in Hanoi Old Quarter.
5. Stop in at a tiny market 50 feet from the entrance and enjoy well priced Bahn Mi from Ms. Kim. Great beer and snack prices, too.
6. Should I ever return to Hanoi I will surely stay at Solaria. Big hug to you guys.

We had a fantastic stay at Solaria in Hanoi! The location is great and located right in the Old Quarter, so there are tons of restaurants and shops around to explore. Susan was so welcoming and wonderful, and she made sure we were enjoying our time and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Hanoi!

The property is in a great location within tje old quarter, and was walking distance to a lot of the attractions and restaurants in the area.
The hotel itself is quaint and room sizes were good. Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and , gave good recommendations. Breakfast had a wide range of selection, shame i didnt get to try everything , rooftop bar had great coocktails and lovely atmosphere, and the food at Mias restaurant was amazing. Overall, great experience at Solaria and will definitely visit again.

Loved this hotel and was the ONLY hotel during our entire trip that had a provided conditioner that actually made my hair softer. My at the front desk was super helpful and made our stay super wonderful and pointed out a few places around the city that helped to make our visit better!
Other things we loved:
- the wonderful free breakfast!!
- the wonderful free afternoon tea with live music!!
- luggage storage when we went on a multi-day excursion
- strong and consistent air conditioning
- location was wonderful!

There’s no way I can put into words exceptional service we received from the very moment the door was open for us and we walked inside. We were greeted by Me, spelt MY with a warm smile, a cold drink, and cold towels to wash and wipe her face and hands with. She laid out the area, gave a snap and ideas of things to do, got settled in nicely was very interested in our vacation and experiences up to this point was truly exceptional. Every person we ran into in this hotel cared about how our day was, and with the extra mile to be friendly. It seems like it wasn’t trained. It was just a group of highly empathetic individuals trying to create an amazing experience for us. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well, the sky bar was fantastic and last night we were given shots by John likable and motivated young man! I can’t give a higher review but if it’s possible I would. Highly recommend will definitely come back.

I really enjoyed my stay at solaria. The staff went above and beyond helping me with all of my needs and even invited me to hang out which was nice because I was traveling alone and my first time in Vietnam. I want to give a shout out to Hannah and David. These two employees made my time in Hanoi a memorable one and I was sad to say goodbye to them both

We only stayed a night at the Solaria hotel and even if short we had a great experience! Loved the sky bar, the staff kindness, the delicious high quality breakfast! They helped us with our travel plans and getting all the info to make most of our day in Hanoi. Note that there is construction on one of the two restaurants.
We will definitely come back!

My expectations were significantly exceeded at Solaria! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism! The staff took hospitality to a new level of greatness. When they found out we were only there for one night before heading back to the States, they surprised my friend and me with an upgrade to a suite. They also had breakfast neatly packaged for us due to our being unable to experience the breakfast because of our early flight.
Our room was spectacular and the rooftop bar is beautiful! I can’t wait to come back someday!

I enjoyed my stay at the Solaris hotel even though it was short. The location is great and very walkable to restaurants, shops and a mall. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Susan provided a great summary and useful information upon arrival. The staff was able to help me contact a tour operator that was running late. The roof top is very cute and perfect for an evening drink. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety.

A great location with easy walking to popular sights. The staff at Solaria were all wonderful, we felt very well looked after. Room was lovely, food great, a very relaxing stopover.
