Nice sized room. Very clean. We stayed for 4 nights. Staff was very nice. Only negative was that housekeeping did not replenish the shampoo or coffee pods. Plus, it would be nice to give more towels and wash cloths for people staying more than one night.

Very nice hotel. New and close to American Family Field and Milwaukee County Zoo. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was delicious! Staff was super friendly and welcoming! We stayed here for a concert at Brewers stadium and the drive to and from was very convenient

hotel is very clean and well organized, located in a very quiet but convenient location. Couple of minutes from the city Mall and great restaurants. Nice looking room and common areas. Employees were very pleasant and cordial as well. Only downside is the shower pressure, it’s very very low pressure which made taking showers a little unpleasant.

I enjoyed my short but sweet stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I like the hand soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner they provide. Controlling the temperature was easy and accurate. 1 elevator working so that was annoying. Breakfast not included so that’s a negative especially for what I paid for the room. Check in and check out was a breeze.

It didn't seem like much was included. Water bottles were in the room, but for a (steep) fee. It was a nice hotel, just not worth the price

This is by far the best hotel you can possibly stay at. From the great hotel staff to the wonderful breakfast. Clean stay you just can’t beat for the money.

Hotel is in excellent shape. Very clean and modern. Right off the highway. Several fantastic food options within walking distance. Hotel also offers breakfast for a nominal fee and dinners and a very nice bar. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful.

We had a good stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was very kind and helpful when we needed something. The room was clean and quiet throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Fairly new hotel with good amenities. The Fitness center is excellent. Our only complaint was unique to our room, which was next to a loud Mechanical Room. It sounded like heavy furniture being moved all night and day. Avoid room 204!!

Fifteen unsupervised children in the pool eating Chipotle and pouring Gatorade in the water. All the pool furniture was taken outside by a group of drunk adults. Cases of beer, cans, and coolers just dumped all over. When I spoke to the front desk, they said they were aware of the problematic guest group and had already received numerous complaints, but they were leaving soon and could not do anything about it. I was given an apology and a McDonalds gift card. Not a family friendly stay for us and our young children. This place is a frat house, not a Hilton.

Room is great and updated; would have loved to use the nice workout room but our stay was super brief; the only issue we had the one night we stayed was there was a couple or someone fighting late at night, disturbed twice by this type of noise, probably coming in the entrance since we were on the 1st floor; it was extremely loud and we were not able to get a good night's rest.

The hotel is great. The staff is great. Ive been coming here for over 2 years (basically since they opened) The bartender was more concerned about sharing photos on his ipad , than serving guest. Waited almost 10 minutes - before I hadto approah him and ask for a drink, Took almost 15 minutes to get 1 drink. I was told the bar closes at 10pm. I got there at 9:00 - got 1 drink at 9:20. At 9:30I asked for another drink becasue how long it toook for 1st drink and I was told that they were closed. When I asked why didnt you say anything, I was told he makes the decisons and that "not sure what mom & pop bars" I go to but he didnt have to annoucne he was closing 30 minutes early, Never been this disrespected by a lazy bartender that clearly didnt care about his guests. I have stayed at this hotel on busoiness at least 10 times. Every time, everyone is super nice and friendly until this time. NEVER AGAIN

Great location and staff

Hotel was very nicely decorated and clean. Room was spacious, clean, and modern. My room was near the elevator but still very quiet. Highly recommend this hotel.
