The hotel was very clean and spacious! It’s about a 10 minute walk to the nearest main subway station but is surrounded by a lot of places to eat and things to do. Staff were very friendly. Would stay here again the next time we visit Osaka!

Citadines Namba was in an excellent location, a short walk from Nankai Namba station which is where the airport express train arrives from/departs to Kansai airport. Our room was very clean and comfortable, serviced daily and staff were helpful. Nara is reached easily from Namba station for a day trip.Dotonburi was a short walk away for amazing food and nightlife. We had a great stay at Citadines.

Great hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay

Nice place and a 10 min walk from Namba station. Highly recommend if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle of Osaka but not right in it.

The hotel located in the city on a quiet road. 10 minutes walk to the train station and surrounded restaurant and cafes. My room was spotless throughout out my stay. The gym was equipped. Breakfast was ok, but no plant base milk.

Everything was great. Convenient location. Great, attentive staff. My only complaint is the dryer. Laundry was 400 yen per load. The dryer was very weak. We had to do 3 cycles for the dryer and it wasn’t full. Everything else was great.

Great gym! Upgraded our room so we could have washer/dryer. The machine was very basic, practically useless. I would not recommend using it, they later informed us that there is a laundry room

Big room, we can placed two big luggages, also with comfy bed. Good location, 10mins walk from Namba Station, 15mins walk from subway.

Large and comfortable rooms. Located in convenient area with many shopping and dining options nearby. There is a food court beside the hotel that has many affordable options. 10 min walk to 2 different subway stations and 15 min walk to dontonuri area. Free coffee machine on 6th floor lounge. Recommend to stay on 6th floor if you plan to use the lounge.

Hotel is clean and rooms as well but not centrally located from subways. Had to walk about 15 minutes to get to subway. It would have been nice if they offered complimentary water for guests on arrival. Also, the drink coupon when booking through expedia was a bit cheap. One coupon got a basic non alcoholic drink or green tea. If you wanted a beer or a matcha latte you had to use 2 to 3 coupons. Not a good look to be honest when youre paying $200+ per night. Also, found the street outside hotel was noisy with cars racing through in the middle of the night. The breakfast was not worth the price so would not recommend. Makes sense to brag breakfast at other mote affordably priced restaurants nearby.

The position is perfect to visit the city. The Hotel is tidy and clean. The room for 3 persons is a bit too small

We stayed in the Japanese style room which was very spacious. Loved the sitting areas and separate spaces for toileting and bathing. Bed was much firmer than I liked though. Easy access to shopping and dining options were plentiful.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient. The beds in this hotel was the most comfortable of the three hotels we stayed in. The staff are helpful too. The local amenities and entertainment vast. A quick 10 min walk to the train station and a wonderful shopping centre with a Cinnabon. There is a quaint restaurant almost across the road, that serves the best Japanese pancakes. There a fantastic food community hall attached to the hotel as well. Both are well worth a visit and fairly good in price. The trains offer access to the outlet centre and Universal (although multiple trains are required). The connection quite convenient. We recommend going to Dotonbori for wagyu steak (that is a real experience). The shopping is pretty great too. The Gacha machines are everywhere and the range is vast. Osaka is certainly an incredible experience with the eclectic mix of old and new. Definitely a unique experience.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Namba district. Great transport links nearby and very handy for nights in Dotonbori!

Beautiful hope which looks brand new rennovated. Close to tons of restaurants. Has very large buffet breakfast included. Great staff.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and spacious room as well as friendly staff. The only detail I didn't enjoy was breakfast, which was very expensive compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Japan.
