Convenient hotel with adjusted spa. Very quiet, no sound of airplanes

Short walk from planes arriving at Terminal 3, check-in quick, with kiosks and hotel personnel standing close by if you are having difficulties. Excellent cloakroom to store luggage before check-in or after check-out, plenty of shopping and dining options nearby and if you have a 3am craving there is a Lawsons steps away from the entrance, or if you're okay to walk a couple hundred meters a 24/7 Yoshinoya is within Terminal 3. Cheese on your beef bowl - genius! Have a stack of luggage carts to make your life easier. Not exactly the best place to be if you're thinking of spending those last few days in Tokyo - the commute to big stations like Shibuya and Tokyo Station is a challenge, with Yokohama a lot quicker to get to, but the perfect place to wind down or jump-start your trip, and in the case of winding-down, area offers an abundance of last-minute souvenir options so that your luggage weighs exactly 23kilos per bag for the trip home. :)

As a hotel guest, I was charged 2000 yen for use of the hot springs. Upon checkout, I paid the 2000 yen owed. No receipt was provided. Hotel is now saying that I still owe 2000 yen for use of the hot spring. I have witnesses also that saw me give the 2000 yen to the front desk person. After communicating via email back and forth, I just told them to just charge my cc. I am truly disappointed and frustrated as I am an honest and trustworthy person.

We enjoyed the hotel once we got used to the size of the room.

Convenience is the best part of the hotel. Located right in the arrival area. Srounded by restaurants and Convenience stores.

Very convenient for preparing for following day departure from Haneda. Room is very small for more than 1 night. Breakfast buffet that can be booked w/room is okay, but not an amazing breakfast buffet when compared to others. Spa/onsen is decent.

An efficient minimalist airport campus hotel, very accessible for Haneda terminal 3.

Very convenient to Terminal 3 at Haneda Airport. Rooms were clean and fairly spacious. If you have any mobility issues, ask for a room close to the elevators because the floors of this hotel extend very far,

It was inside the airport building which was an excelent choice for me because my flight was early the next day. Inside Haneda there are a lot of restaurants to choose and also a lot of stores to check out. It's convinient to arrive by KK line, bus or train. The hotel's employees were really gracious and helped me with every concern of mine. The check in and out are easy and the onsen/spa of the hotel is amazing. I will stay here whenever I arrive to Japan by Haneda airport again.

Super convenient for T3 Haneda. Quiet considering proximity to airport. Clean and good quality. Bar / drinks a little expensive versus comparable, but kinda expected.

Nice hotel very handy for terminal 3 at Haneda. We arrived in the evening and it was only a short walk to the hotel. It was an auto check in but the staff were helpful. There was also a Lawson's close by. The foyer was spacious, the room not so. We booked a double bed and the bed was up against the wall. A bit of advice - book a twin room they are much larger. Had a drink at the bar which was pleasant. Our room was very quiet which was nice after the flight. Staff were very helpful.

It was a great stay. After a long international flight , it was nice to be able t walk across terminal and get some rest .

We needed a convenient place close to the airport to stay the night before heading into the city the following day. There is no place closer than this hotel to the airport. Just a quick walk after getting off the plane, and we were there. The staff was accommodating with the automated check-in process. Breakfast was plentiful, and there was a huge selection. Highly recommend adding breakfast.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and I would recommend it for anyone who likes convenience. My number one thing for the hotel is the 0NSEN. It’s wonderful!

Awesome stay!

Excellent location and helpfull staff. Unfortunately, the initial room (8306) we got was full of restroom smell despite the amount and times the air fresher I used. Luckily, one of the front desk girls changed our room to 6306, we were able to stay and sleep well in the room, however, we lost the view of the airport.

Easy travel location especially for solo traveling as a female

Hotel was massive with lots of facilities. Right next to the airport so we were able to walk to departures for our morning flight. Our room was small but comfortable with everything we needed.

Great hotel if you have to layover from Tokyo to another one of the islands or anywhere else, restaurants were within walking distance easy airport shuttle for the next flight highly recommend
