The hotel prepared a honeymoon decoration before our arrival which was a very special gesture from them, we also recommend the Spa, it was a great experience. Hotel location is great and the restaurant on the 10th floor is also very good, a must try.

Loved everything about this hotel. The service received was over and beyond, the staff couldn’t do enough for you. They were very attentive at all times. After breakfast they escorted you to the lift and took the time to ask about your plans for the day as they saw you off. We were allowed to store our luggage as we were going on a halong bay cruise for two days, on our return we were told we could use the shower facilities and swimming pool at no extra cost. Our luggage was taken to the spa area ready for us. This hotel and service is of an extremely high standard.

Fantastic boutique hotel right in the heart of the old quarter. Lots of hustle and bustle outside, but calm and tranquil in. Transfer from the airport was perfect, the team in the hotel cannot do enough for you, and all round great value for an upscale hotel. Breakfast is on point too. Would defo recommend. 10/10

Hotel nice, located in old quater north, less busy than near the lac, good size rooftop swimming pool but during our stay some noisy work at the rooftop bar spoiled the time at the swimming pool Evening nice 360 rooftop bar with food Bedroom (suite ) very good size, nicely decorated and well equipped

Great hotel great room bed was clean and staff were brilliant. We only stayed one night as we had a busy travel schedule. Would definitely stay here again. Good location to be able to walk around locally and discover some resteraunts etc

We had a fabulous stay at the Peridot. All the staff were wonderful. The rooftop patio is absolutely stunning. We had cocktails there every evening and watched the sunset. Thanks to Helen, Quinn and Lucy and all the staff

Exceptional service and no stress whatsoever from the team. They’re polite and respectful and efficient, speak English. And the breakfast was exceptional and lots of varieties and choices. Homemade coconut wine and passion fruits jam were excellent. And they home baked gluten free bread for my husband. Celebrated my mum 78 years old birthday and the staff were very attentive to the details. Best hotel we’ve stayed in Hanoi. Food in the restaurant was delicious. And the hotel isn’t by the road which is an added bonus as it’s quiet. And the infinity pool was amazing. They’ve their own hotel-airport transfer in comfort and luxury with just around USD 24.00. An amazing experience overall!!

Great base for a few days in Hanoi. Well appointed facilities and friendly staff with good English. Some street noise in the rooms at night and early morning but an acceptable trade off for the location.

Top notch service. Hotel was beautiful. Staff was friendly and attentive. We utilized the airport pickup and drop off service. The driver was waiting for us upon arrival. The service was economical timely. The breakfast buffet offered endless options. Dinner was excellent also. We would most definitely stay here again.

Very convenient, good service, good breakfast

An absolutely stunning hotel, located in the heart of the old quarter. You can't see the hotel from the street, so it's a lovely surprise to walk through an archway and into such a spectacular and peaceful hotel. Being tucked away also means that you are less affected by traffic noise than most hotels in the Old Quarter. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and spas within walking distance, and Phung Hung Train St is a 5-10 minute walk away. The Phung Hung St murals are also nearby and worth looking at. Every aspect of the hotel was beautifully decorated, and our room (junior suite) was extremely well presented and comfortable. The rooftop infinity pool was a delight and there are comfortable sun loungers; there is also an indoor jacuzzi which is available free of charge (down the stairs from the pool). The breakfast buffet was excellent with loads of Western and Asian choices, and some fabulous fresh juices and fresh baked croissants and pain au chocolat. My only minor grumbles would be that the spa and rooftop bar prices are significantly higher than local prices. E.g. 100,000 VND for a can of local beer, compared to 25-30,000 in nearby bars and restaurants. A fabulous hotel - would definitely stay here again.

very nice in the heart of the old qtr a real travelers experience with luxury appointments. pool and other areas can donwith a simple scrubbing a bit disappointed with that and broken facilities... hotel bfest is standard 5 star but venture out and be bold and have a real bourdain travlers experience... upstairs bar is fantastic

I genuinely had the best experience staying at Peridot Grand Luxury Hotel. Amazing staff, very high attention to detail when it comes to service. Great breakfast, attentive and personable staff. It was my honeymoon, they took exceptional care for me and my wife. They had the bed decorated in a lovely way and we kept getting these little surprises (like a cake during breakfast, etc). If you want to experience what a 5 star hotel really feels like, you have found the right place. Could even find a thing wrong with my experience. Great great great hotel. I will be back for sure

Favourite hotel of this once-in-a-lifetime trip to Vietnam. A hidden gem; once you walked in to the hotel it was an instant decompress from Hanoi outside.

A fantastic hotel in a very convenient location. Easy walk to all main attractions. It’s Vietnam so there’s good options everywhere. The stag was lovely and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a TON of great options. I filled up every morning before full days walking around Hanoi. Definitely recommend!

Amazing hotel right in the centre of the old Quarter. The staff are so friendly and helpful they honestly can’t do enough for you, the customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced from a hotel. They arranged our airport transport and excursions before we arrived all of which were really good. The hotel facilities are really good, we used the gym and pool daily and the spa to have a massage which was amazing. The rooms were a good size and clean. Breakfast was also included which was good with a large selection to choose from. This hotel was recommended to us by friends and we shall definitely be recommending it to anyone visiting Hanoi.
