It’s not a beach front resort, it’s a lagoon front there is lot of difference

Well maintained property. Room was very clean and comfortable. Walkable to nearby cafes and stores. Enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. Sanur Beach is ok but not as beautiful as Nusa Dua.

Outstanding in every way. It’s a quiet classy beachfront resort close to shops and restaurants.

Impressive ! Excellent service and amazing quality of the room design, amenities, resort facilities and great location. My second Andaz experience after Singapore’s at Duo and my impression is persistent. The only downside is the breakfast service model. The ala carte service was not as fast as getting buffet self service. The waiting time was a bit too long, perhaps it was because of the peak time. Would definitely visit again next time and stay a bit longer.

It was our first time staying at this resort but it was one of our best experience. We stayed at Beach villa and it was equipped with private pool and spacious two rooms with living / dining and kitchen. We enjoyed private atmosphere and all the restaurants in the resort was delicious! Lastly but not least, hospitality of the Concierge team was super including surprise birthday celebration for my wife.

The service, people, environment, and setup were all excellent! With a slight exception, many flies were at the restaurant during dining, which took away from the experience.

I like the homemade food, the evening music The place is very quite, and peacefull. Staff are very nice Best thing : it's not allowed to book sunlounge for hours like in other place!

Great hotel , all is with in this hotel, no need to get out for any reason but if you do then everything is with in walking distance. Only warning is for money exchangers who offer you good deals , know that they are scam artist and they will rob you blind .. We had a wonderful time ,

The hotel is extremely beautifully set in a great garden directly at the beach. The pool is fantastic and actually bigger then shown in the pictures. For the beach there are better spots in Bali but if you want to do water sports like Kite surfing it is perfect.

Quiet, convenient, and there are lots of restaurants around the hotel.

We spent 8 nights here and cannot fault any part of the resort. Friendly and attentive staff, excellent and well appointed room (with wonderful day bed on the terrace), great pool and beautiful grounds. A perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful grounds and gardens, and staff incredibly warm and accommodating. Mini bar snacks and non-alcoholic drinks were complimentary daily including very addictive banana chips, and the on site restaurants all very reasonably priced and delicious, particularly Wok Wok with traditional Balinese cuisine. Breakfast being a la carte was also very relaxing, and the rooms were beautiful. Could not ask for a better escape.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We booked a villa which was beautiful, however, we expected a bit more attention considering the amount we paid for our villa. Nonetheless, all of the staff both at the restaurant and the ones who cleaned our room were friendly and beyond helpful, excellent service. The food was also very delicious. We went to the Mediterranean restaurant, the steak house (fire fox) and the seafood restaurant. All were excellent. We especially enjoyed the steakhouse, the chef came out and we were able to say thank you for such a lovely meal. I would point out that at the seafood restaurant we wanted to order a few things which they ran out of, it was disappointing. However the food was delicious! Breakfast service was great too all though not a buffet you can order anything and everything multiple times. Overall, great stay!

Beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated, very nice staff, lovely ambience, superb rooms! Beach is not really nice, waiting times after ordering food were really long.

Everything was upto speck at the Andaz. Perfect hotel to end our two week holiday in Bali.

A newish hotel only 2 years old. The whole complex is perfect in every way. Andaz is at the beach which was safe and clean and with great swimming pools. Our room had a swim up lagoon which proved to be an added bonus A superb place to relax

A very beautiful resort with excellent customer service. I would rank Andaz second out of the four hotels (Andaz, Kempinski, the Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua, and Jumeirah). The architecture may not be as impressive as the Apurva Kempinski but the service and hospitality that I’ve received at Andaz were much better than Kempinski or the Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua. In particular, Puspa from the front desk went above and beyond during my stay at Andaz. The breakfast at Andaz was also much better than the ones served at the Kempinski or the Ritz-Carlton. I certainly didn’t want to leave Andaz and I would definitely return when I have the opportunity to visit Bali again.

Beautiful rooms, in a brand new hotel with an attractive layout. The landscaping and greenery portray an atypical 5star hotel, which we found to be very comforting and appealing.

Staying at the Andaz was an enjoyable experience, the staff were amazingly attentive aleays polite and friendly. Very clean settings and well presented, the added benefit of 5 restaurants on site also helped. The only downside was it appeared everything closed at 2200hrs not sure if this has been caused due to covid. If i am ever back in Bali it will be my first choice hotel.

This is the first time we have stayed at the Andaz. We live in Bali so are very familiar with hotels and expectations, particularly for 5 star hotels. This hotel is beautifully designed. The rooms are new, well appointed and smell beautiful - not always the case in Bali. Beds are so comfortable. Rooms are a 5 star. Gardens are stunning, Staff are 5 star - food unfortunately is 1 star. Its far to Indonesian orientated - fried fried food! For kids its appalling - not even a simple pasta offered. Its awful unhealthy fried foods for kids. This is not at all acceptable. For adults its not much better. I have a number of food intolerances so my diet is not always easy, BUT for a 5 star international hotel to have this appalling food options is a 1 star- Until there is a total revamp of the menus, much less Indonesian fried food, and much more western healthy, standard basic menu items, sadly we wont be staying here again. There is an old saying - less is more. In this case, Andaz have attempted to fancy up standard menu items, with an Indonesia flare and its not good. In fact, I barely ate for 2 days.

Hotel was by far the best in Sanur. Staff amazing, food choices really good especially the breakfasts! The area was great. The hotel just stunning and made for an incredible week
