Room was typical, flooring & sofa a bit worn. The hallway carpet was very dirty. We heard footsteps (footstomps) from room above all night long.

We were there for a Cooperstown weekend and decided on this hotel. The property overall was in good condition and accommodated our family and the daily complimentary breakfast was also a plus. No issues with parking or anything regarding the amenities. My only complaint is our trip was cut short due to a family emergency, we initially paid for a full week and had about 2 days remaining before we had to leave. We spoke to the front desk about refunding for those 2 days, who then advised us it shouldn’t be a problem but we would have to speak with the manager who was not in but would leave a message and our contact info. Well we never heard back from the manager, even after contacting Expedia and the hotel. Just basically forfeited the 2 days and the money spent on the stay.

It was great!! The only thing I would suggest is having breakfast until 10:00am instead of until 9:30am.

Everything was great! The breakfast was exceptional. Tasha monitors the breakfast area, making sure everything is full and ready as people come down. She was amazingly friendly and she had a great attitude as she worked so hard to make everything perfect! She deserves a reward for her dedication to this facility.

Wonderful property and room. Amenities were great, 24 hour gym and free laundry, no need to run around asking the front desk or local businesses for quarters. Rooms had a bunch of counter space and plugs for all the electronics we had (phones, watches, iPads etc)

We were only here for one night but thought it was a nice step up from our previous night elsewhere. It’s an all-suite hotel designed for traveling families, so the full kitchen was a bit much for our needs, but kids thought it was fun. Pool was nice, breakfast was great, and the lobby snacks were a nice touch. Good, central location. Easy parking.

The property was perfect size for the five of us that were traveling. Rooms were nice, however, showed a little wear. Had a refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, toaster, and fully stocked mini kitchen. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was ok (it was hot and there were different quick dine options), good for something fast. Exercise room was nice and had quality equipment (especially for a hotel). Close to Starbucks and restaurants.

Excellent hotel. Must be pretty new. Huge rooms. Comfy beds. Great shower. Included breakfast was handy for the morning. Pool was a nice bonus.

I would not stay in this hotel again. We booked an 8 day stay.my room wasn’t cleaned from Friday to the next Saturday. I had to get my own towels after they counted them so we could shower in comfort. I emptied my own trash and also took that down to them. The breakfast was aweful. The first day they had nothing. The pool was really cold and we were told it was broken. Made my own beds with the sheets most of the time they didn’t put much out for breakfast. When we got down there there was nothing. I got tired of asking them for towels and garbage baths on a daily basis I won’t stay at this facility again

They only had a handicapped, queen room left when we got there. Not the king we reserved.
Yucky carpet tile in the room.

The black out blond would not come down over the window. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work, so we gave up.

bzc they need physical credit card but i don't know that why i have only other phtysical credit card. I didn't take since when i book apple credit card hotel is very terrible bzc i lost my money

Great hotel EXCEPT cleanliness of back door area was horrible- littered with cigarette buts. Stairwell could use cleaning as well.
