Amazing

Drains in sink and tub were very clogged. Dark Handprints on wall made it hard to trust that cleaning had been very thorough. Breakfast was good and people were nice.

We stayed in this hotel 4 months ago and it was fine. Not so much this time. First, we chose it because of the attached restaurant. Nice to be able to have dinner and a drink and not need to drive. However, the restaurant is no longer open on Sundays so we went out for food and brought it back to eat in the room while watching a football game. The food needed to be warmed, but the microwave was unplugged and the cord was behind the large console holding the refrigerator and microwave and could not be reached. Upon further investigation, there was just one outlet to handle all the appliances and a light-duty extension cord had been utilized. Even if the cord for the microwave could have been reached, there was no available outlet without unplugging something else. (photo attached - any electricians want to weigh in on whether their electrical set up is safe and meeting code?) We ate our food cold. The next morning, in the shower, the shampoo bottle mounted on the wall was empty. Not a big deal, but that should have been checked after the last guest. Now that I think about it, perhaps my 3-star rating was rather generous.

I checked into hotel and headed down to the restaurant for dinner. Food and atmosphere was great. Got back to room and noticed mold and moisture around an outlet. I called the front desk and they came up to look at it. Everything on the wall (tv, fridge, microwave ect.) was plugged into this outlet with a power strip. I was moved to another room which was a slight inconvenience but ok. Took a shower the next morning and there was very little pressure due to half of the water still coming out of the spigot. Tub also did not drain well. I stopped at the front desk at check out to ask them to have the manager call me about the issues and never received a call. The staff that was working was very nice and apologetic.

Overall we had a good stay. The staff was helpful and present. The hotel is in a business park so not a ton of close food options, however there is an on-site restaurant/bar (which is closed on Sundays). The rooms could use a few more accessible usb/outlets. In room TV options limited due to DirecTV/Disney dispute, perhaps change providers. Also, I had messaged the hotel prior to our stay through Expedia about a special request (my husband’s birthday was the day we checked in) and I did not receive any response/communication back from them. These are just noticed suggestions. As stated we did enjoy our stay overall.

Met our needs for our stay. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
