Very excellent value hotel, located in the action of Kokusai-dori with all of its shops and restaurants. The room itself was clean and relatively spacious for two. The hot spring pool downstairs was very comfortable to relax in. Free ramen at night with unlimited drinks really makes this place great for a relaxing time in Naha.

It’s close to all the action. We grabbed the monorail 1 1/2 blocks away and took it right to airport. Pool and hot springs were awesome along with free drinks and activities.

Service was really good and there were a lot of lovely free amenities. I'd just want to note that the public pools / hot spring are very much for the children! Too small for adults to use.

Everything was great at this hotel, from the location to the staff to the food. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Overall good experience. Free beer offers is charming but ramen or soba isn’t that delicious. It made my experience made bad. Bed is spacious and room is clean. Location is a bit far from the Main Street. If they provide free parking, it could not be better.

Hotel is new and nice. Breakfast and supper soba with free drinks are nice. Rooms are very small. Swimming pool is very small and shallow which is just suitable for kids.

hotel is fine, the money you pay is basically because of the free bar and the free ramen in the evning (be prepared to stand in a cue for some time). the most disappointing, annoying,irritating point is the weakeness of the wifi, which is not acceptable in this type of hotel.

The breakfast choices are good enough. location are close. Parking facility is not enough. Bed room with twin beds is large enough for you to open 2 luggage's.

great transport links, close to action but far enough away for calm night small (typical for Japan) rooms but has everything you need. pool and hot springs lovely - especially in evening to wind down Amazing breakfast - so substantial that didn't really need much lunch/snacks free ice cream and drinks all day and evening ramen noodles super. there is a queue but this is really not that bad. made things much more affordable would recommend I was with husband and 5 year old. they also have afternoon activities but we were mostly out in the daytime

Conveniently located close to Kokusai Dori. Great for family vacation. The nightly Ramen and Ice cream buffet is something the kids really enjoy.

3日間宿泊しました。アルコール、ジュースが飲み放題でアイスが食べ放題でした。観光地に行って戻ってきた時、クールダウン出来ました。洗濯機と乾燥機が無料で良かったですが、宿泊した翌日洗濯しようと思い、ランドリーに行ったら、洗濯物を入れたまま放置している人が多かった。洗濯物を回収しに来ない人が多かったのか、置いてあったバケットも一杯でした。プールとドリンク飲み放題の場所が同じ階にある影響もあるにか、素足で飲み物を取りに来た女性に呆れました。そのままプールに行ったので、初日からプールに入る気が失せました。プールや温浴にそのまま入ったと思うとゾッとしたので、宿泊した3日間はプール側には行きませんでした。ホテル側が感染対策を徹底しても、宿泊者がマナーが悪ければ、感染者が減らないなぁと思いました。プールサイド側にドリンク側の素足厳禁とお知らせを貼った方がいいと思いました。朝食の時間より、早めに行ったら快くどうぞと言って頂いてありたがったです。ホテル側のサービスは問題無かったですが、宿泊者のマナーの問題を考えると次の宿泊は無いなぁと思いました。

少し部屋は狭く、テーブルはなかったのですが、添い寝ができて、朝食がついていたため、大満足です。夜9時から、ラーメンが無料で食べれるため並んで、食べましたが、おいしかったです。

駐車場に入ろうとしたが、駐車場入口の表示が無く、すぐ行くと反対車線の駐車場の表示があったのでその駐車場に入った。しかしホテルとは関係ないと言われもう一度ホテルに向かったら立体駐車場があり入れることが出来た。あらかじめ確認したら良かったが、部屋は狭くノートパソコンを机の上に置いたら他に何も置けなかった。予め確認してたが浴場は水着着用で部屋に浴室はなく、面倒くさいのでシャワーで済ました。飲み放題があったが酒はあまり飲まないので関係無かった。アイス食べ放題は良かった。チェックアウト時、フロントは一人しかいないみたいで、駐車場の車の出庫で出払っていて、ベルを何度も鳴らしたが5分以上待たされた。時間が詰まっていたらめっちゃ焦るところであった。ようやくチェックアウトの処理になったが、精算は無いようですと言ってくれたがこちらの顔を見ずにずっと端末を見ながら言うからしばらく行っていいもんだか迷った。(まだおるんかいというような感じになって出た。)安くて特に飲み放題を使っている人や子供連れは楽しそうにやっており、またトヨタレンタカーも併設して便利でとてもいいホテルだと思うが、基本的なサービスをもっときちっとして欲しい。
