Check-in staff not trained on how/why to treat platinum members

i wish the was heated meet the grandchildren there could oldy swim a short time go cold

We changed our stay from 3 nights to 1 and Im glad we did. I feel like out room was super small and the toilet paper holder had kind of a cover on it which made it difficult to get more than 1 square at a time. It was the most annoying thing!! It might me a small thing, but it was irritating.

The pool was very small with no hot tub. The room was very small as well.

The walls are paper thin, I could hear the other rooms over my headphones being in. The temperature of the room was hard to keep steady. The water pressure in the shower was low. The hotel itself is nice. Up to date. Plenty of parking. Room was clean.

The sheets on our bed were dirty. Had a dried up booger or something. The breakfast area was freezing and staff would not accommodate. The staff were crabby and very impolite. I will not be going back.

The room was lovely, very well appointed. But the front desk staff was completely inept. There was some type of youth athletic meet during my stay - hockey, possibly, and there were many young girls (grade school age) staying at the hotel. The running up and down the halls and screaming was addressed by the front desk, finally, as the requests made to parents/chaperones fell on deaf ears. But the lobby and adjacent dining area were completely taken over with these screaming children, to the point where you could not walk from the elevators to the lobby. There was no discipline whatsoever by the accompanying adults, the children were allowed to run wild. The next morning, the lobby and dining areas were completely taken over, again, as the front desk employees made no attempt to stop the chaos. I had to literally push my way through the crowd of children, just to get to the front desk, giving up the idea of trying to get breakfast in the dining area and checked out early. I was very disappointed in the front desk staff for not even attempting to control the situation.

The hotel was newer and overall a nice hotel. However the shower in the bathroom was not cleaned well (dried on yellow/green stuff). There were only 3 towels in 2 washcloths in the bathroom for our 4 person family. We were told our room would be refreshed on morning 2 or our 3 day stay, but it was not. When I asked about this, I was told there was no housekeeping staff scheduled that day and that I could come get more towels from the front desk. I can understand staffing issues, but rather than apologize, they made it seem weird that I would be disappointed to not have my room refreshed or that they had provided inaccurate info and it wasn’t available. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where there wasn’t housekeeping staff available daily.

shower head was a sprinkle . drain backed up above ankles while you showered . dust and spider webs in the bathroom of all places . we only did an over night stay but when we checked out and let front desk know the issue , she snapped at me and said why didn't you tell us last night. We didn't use the shower till next morning . just rude the breakfast bar was a joke not enough food set out with amount of people staying at the hotel .Not a very pleasant stay and not worth the money

I experienced that much of the staff was extraordinary. I loved the accommodations. The TV didn't work, but I knew that before I agreed to take the room. I would definitely stay here again.

I like the fact that I was able to get some place warm and was able to check in right away.

Great staff, clean room, nice but small pool, not busy.

The acoustics were loud, little housekeeping and the area was small.

Booked 2 nights at the property, the first day my husband had to carry the laundry to the laundry room himself & they stated they were short staffed. We asked for fresh towels & linens to replace the old ones & never received the blanket, when i went to the front desk the guy was extremely rude said they were out of blankets & I needed to go back to my room NOW when i asked for a manager, i had to call the complaint line & sit in the lobby at 1am in the morning for almost a hour before he finally said, "oh i have an idea & went & retrieved a blanket from the same laundry room my husband walked to the prior day! Spoke to management & she just made excuses for him & finally said she'll bring it up in the next meeting! Horrible experience, we frequent the Marriott & we've never had issues before!

Very nice

Its like on the outskirts of town which is nice not far from state fair. Beds were comfortable and all new. Will definitely be back only thing is no hotub and the pool is only 4 ft but if you just need a place to sleep youll be fine. 5 stars

Best place to stay in Brookfield

We were there for only the night but it was a pleasant experience despite our brief stay. Friendly staff, great coffee in the morning.
