Great location downtown near campus and nightlife. 20 minute walk to Memorial Stadium. Study Hall Bar was a great place to grab a bite and drink before the game. Room was spacious and perfect for 4 friends.

The overall stay was nice and the staff was very friendly. Although we did have some issues with cleanliness and our charger outlet next to the beds not working. When we pulled out the sofa bed from the couch it was dirty. The whole out next set on top of the dresser next to the bed did not work so it made it difficult to charge all of our devices. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and so was the staff but they can do better with the cleaning.

Went to a concert at The Greek Theatre and the hotel was conveniently close (10 minute walk) to The Greek and a bunch of good restaurants.

I booked a bay view. But when I checked in, my rate was partial view. But the site said Bay view. Didn't say partial...

It is a nice, modern, clean and inviting hotel. Right next to the University. The split bedroom/livingroom kitchen is awesome. The staff went above and beyond (especially the cleaning staff).
The parking is horrendous!!!!!! I missed the fine print that its $54 ($59 after fees) daily and you have no public parking!!! Once they take ur car, you've got either, 3 guys taking their time or 1 guy running his ass off (depends on the time of day). Im not sure if the parking company can see this, but the guy you had on the morning of 9/9/2024 6am, is awesome....Pay him his worth!!!

Very nice clean hotel . Friendly check in. There was a concert in town and I know college was starting so I imagine it was more busy than usual the restaurant was accommodating but service was slow, however I do believe it was a very busy weekend. I’d definitely stay again!

Only concern is that the room key stopped working before check out and we couldn’t use the elevator or get our bags in the room. Had to get down to the front desk to get our key reset.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. This particular stay was for a concert. I love the convenience to the Berkeley campus. Every time I have stayed here I have eaten at the study hall – rooftop dining.

Central location and modern, nice and roomy for my husband who was working from the suite while visiting our UC Berkeley bear

Check in time is 3pm. I arrived at 3:25. I was told the room was not ready. I was told to take a seat in the lobby and they would come get me. At 4:01 pm I approached the desk and asked about my room. Another clerk said a room was available. I asked that she confirm it was a “Bay View” as that was what I had paid for. She said no, it was a partial view. Very disappointing all the way around.

I stayed at this property for a graduation and it worked out wonderfully. So convenient the staff was so nice and it was so busy but they stayed so friendly.

Excellent value and location. No better place to stay if you have car with valuables in it overnight ... inside valet parking. Also best place if visiting and walking UC Berkeley.

I attended a conference on the UC Berkeley campus and needed a place to stay. This hotel was extremely convenient allowing me to walk to campus. Valet service was easy and the front desk clerks were nice. My family accompanied me and we were able to stay in a spacious suite. The beds were comfy and the amenities were great for the family. There is a small Target store very close by for last minute items or snacks. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was extremely poor for such a nice room.

Beautiful hotel across the street from public transport. Incredible staff, fantastic fitness center, great location and possibly the cleanest hotel that I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying.
