No hot water. Mold on the shower curtain. Had a bathtub but only a shower head. No elevator. Bed was pretty comfortable tho.

Drive to the next exit and pay a little more. Grime and other nasty stuff on the wall. The undersink was flooded. smelled. the towel bar fell off the wall. Loud and just in general disgusting. Sex workers nearby. Filthy, uncomfortable and smelly. There's a reason it was only $65

Absolutely disgusting. Not even sure it was cleaned ever!. Stairway needs some major attention. Room and bathroom were infested with bugs. Smelled like mold and cigarette smoke (non smoking room). State board of health should condemn it!

Dirtiest hotel room I've ever seen. Nasty. Bathroom toiilet had a black ring around it. Tooth paste on murror from someone else. Only one sink faucet handle worked. Food debris left on table top. Microwave buttons had food and greasy residue. No TV stations worked. This hotel should be removed from Travelocity site.

This was the worst place we ever stayed in 68 years of living. We were exhausted and this was only available hotel. We slept a few hours and left. When leaving ther we was a man sprawled out on steps passed out. We advised front desk and we got out of there.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The only bad thing was I had no hot water for a shower it was just less than medium heat.

What I did not like is when I Arrived to the property for check in the Guy told me that they are Sold Out!! I made my Reservation early in the Day. He claimed 5hat he couldn't find my Reservation until I pulled my phone out with my Screenshot of my reservation information. Neither one of us was going to let up. I was very tired and ready to rest. He then said hold on let me check something out. In which I felt then that I was about to be Hustled then. He stepped out of the office for about 10-15 minutes and came back to tell me that I was a Lucky Woman. I don't see how when I have my Reservation Information in my hand. He tried to charge me a different price and I said No that's not what I have to pay. He said hang on a minute. Then said ok, my Total price for my room was $64.34. I gave the Guy $70.35. He then said ok I have you Squared away, and Like I said you are a Lucky Woman. Well I have your Money, threw me my Driver's License and Room Key and did not give me My Change Back. To me that is Robbery. Pay your Employees Enough so they won't be Stealing Customers Hard Earned Money.

Sink and TV didn’t work, linen and covers stained to a scary level, fire alarm went off each night, propositioned in hallway and hassled by grifter looking for donations clearly to buy drugs. Saw car pull up to remove backpack from under a traffic barrel by the place. Air in room was filled with mildew. Requests to fix items never got corrective actions.

The rooms have been furnished with new furniture, but the overall appearance is for TRUCKERS ONLY. No trash cans, trash in the room, bed spread had cigarette burns, sink and tub wouldn't drain, and the smell in the building is NOT KID Friendly.

The room was clean, the bed was not. The hotel was not in a "safe" area. There was gun fire near the hotel the first night. We only use our hotels as sleeping spots (meaning when we on 'vacation' we explore and don't hang out at the hotel. Hard to sleep when the bed is AWFUL. The bed was soft, but it was so bowed and dipped in the middle that sleeping was nearly impossible. The employees were all super friendly, so that wa s plus.

This property is a motel, not a hotel. It is located across the street from a truck stop. Upon arrival, a car was parked toward the back and people were jumping in and out of a window. The manager would not respond, as a refund was requested. Very unsafe environment.

Horrible experience, consumer beware! could not sleep. A lot of screaming all night long. Drug deals and fights . People randomly knocking on my doors.

When I got into my room there was no cable and the Wi-Fi would not work I asked the front desk and her reply was the maintenance man is not here. The only reason I got to be room was to watch cable. I was not compensated nor did anyone check back up on the issue

This was the worst place I have ever booked. The pictures made it look so cute, clean and safe. When we arrived we were very shocked. The parking lot was full of what seemed to be all kinds of sketchy people but we went ahead and checked in just because it was only the outside. When we went inside the hotel doors the smell was horrible. Inside the room was even worse, the smoke detector was falling out of the ceiling and wrapped in a plastic bag. We pulled the bed away from the wall to check for bed bugs, like we always do no matter what, and there was bugs all in the floor. I went straight to the front desk to check back out and seen a drug deal happening along with what seemed to be prostitute hook ups. I couldn't get a refund even though I had only been checked in a total of 10 minutes buts that was ok because we were not staying at this place. IT IS TERRIBLE, UNSAFE, NASTY, and I can not say enough bad things about this place. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!
