Perfect central location for sightseeing, shopping and dining. Excellent service and helpful Staff. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and coffee available at all times. Very quiet despite the busy street and tourists walking around till early morning hours. We will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our one night stay, we enjoyed and lovely meal out and then off early in a uber to the airport. Very convenient and well appointed.

Great small hotel in the heart of the walkable tourist area. Directly next to the Santa Justa elevator, view from the window of our room. A little noisy at night on the weekend, but so is the whole area. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Great location. Close to everything! Restaurants, bars, bakeries, the Metro, the waterfront, Alfama, shopping! Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast on the fifth floor. Clean, nice room with ac, a handwritten welcome note and chocolate. Overall, a very comfortable stay in a very central location with great staff. Highly recommend and will stay there again if in Lisbon.

the hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to most attractions, and relatively quiet at night. It felt very safe and was clean. The rooms are small, but typical of European hotels. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was good. The staff at the hotel was wonderful and the breakfast each morning was very good. We had an issue with our AC not working and the room got very hot. After trying to adjust the AC for over 2 hours, they eventually moved us at 1am to another room with AC for one night so we could sleep in a cool room. The next night, back in our room, we had the same problem, but again after 2 hours of working on a solution (around midnight) they figured out the problem and managed to get it going. The on site staff was very nice about it, but I requested some compensation for the night we had to move in our PJs with all our sleeping stuff to another room, and the 2 late nights we had to deal with their problem. The corporate office denied any responsibility. I felt this was very poor customer service. The least they could have done was apologize and give us a voucher for something, or a discount for the uncomfortable and interrupted nights, but they were cold and unapologetic. I recommend this place if all goes well, but if anything happens, don’t expect any good customer service from corporate. Very poor management form FLH, in my opinion. Any other hotel chain would have been more accommodating and service-oriented

Perfect location in the heart of Baixia district. We stayed on the first floor, above the ground/entry level facing the busy street. The windows were very well insulated and the room was quiet. We were on the middle of the best part of town, with a lot of restaurants. The bed was comfortable and room was nice. Will stay here again.

The perfect place to stay. Great rooms, comfortable beds, quiet room. Staff are lovely. Perfect location, everything in walking distance. Breakfast is decent. They had gluten free on request, and made sure it was ready for me each morning.

We had a wonderful stay at Tempo FLH. We enjoyed everything about this hotel and the location was perfect. Breakfast was nice the hotel had a cozy feel. Our host/concierge Annie and Isidora were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Lisbon.
