Super clean newly built hotel. Comfortable. Cosy and professional. Not many parkings for though. Gotta lay $20 for a night underground parking.

There was fire Hazard in my room. I was very much shivering fter that experience

Decently sized clean rooms. Hotel is close to the airport.
Do note that there are limited free parking on-site and we had to pay either 20 NZD per day to use the basement carpark or 11 NZD for the airport public carpark about a 3 mins walk away.

Great new property about 5 mins from Queenstown airport. The room was in excellent condition and the heating was just perfect for the cold Queenstown weather outside.
Couple of mins walk to the bus stop and buses run 15 mins to Queenstown centre. Very convenient if you are not driving. The Remarkables Park Mall is about 5 mins away too and has a supermarket and a fantastic bakery with good coffee.

Surprised at the quality of this Holiday Inn compared to U.S. ones. The bar and dining area was lovely, convenient, and great food and wine! Staff were all very helpful.

Standard holiday inn property. Felt quite modern. Since its an airport hotel, surprised that they did not have an airport shuttle. No spa facilities either.

The parking is inadequate for a hotel of this size.
It is unacceptable to charge $30 to park in the basement car park.

Near the Queenstown airport for convenience. Overall, everything was fine except 2 issues… had to pay overnight parking for my car rental (no airport shuttle available) and air conditioner was not working properly

This property is about 15 mins from down town Queens town, so you must drive. Hotel was no frills but fine especially if you are planning to spend most of your days out and about. Budget friendly option that is clean!
24 hour laundry in the building in front which is coinvent.
We came in late the first night and the person who checked us in didn't tell us where to park so we ended up getting a ticket. Then having to pay to park for the rest of our stay in their lot.
