Newer property with impeccable service.

I arrived and my room wasn't ready for the 3PM check-in time, and wasn't ready until about 3:30. The next morning I ordered room service for breakfast, but the room service department was unavailable, so I had to leave my order with the front desk. After about 45mins of not receiving anything, I called the room service department again, to which they advised me that they never received the order. I then called the front desk to report this, and they told me that they had in fact put the order in. So it turned into this whole "he said, she said" ordeal that resulted in me losing an hour of my time. This is a beautiful hotel, but the service is far from what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. I was pretty disappointed with my stay, and for the price I paid, I regret not staying at one of the more established fine hotels.

Booked 2 twin beds, received a king bed instead, but did receive free breakfasts each day, and a late checkout as compensation. Nice hotel.

Amazing!!!

This was our first time in Prague and the location of the Hôtel was outstanding. We have traveled all around the world and I have to say The Andaz hotel rates with the best of them.

The only problem with this hotel is that the rear of the property abuts the tram line which causes a substantial vibration for the rooms in back. Street cars run 24/7, during peak hours they run every 30 seconds to 2 minutes. If you’re room is in the front the hotel is excellent.

This is a very unique hotel, the decoration is wonderful. The location is fantastic, just outside of the old town so it is nice and quiet, but in a very walkable location. There is a tram stop outside and only a few minutes walk to central train station. Staff were so helpful.

Really nice hotel, bathroom best part. Really good and memorable shower. Would say worst part is the food, really bad from an American perspective. Weird options, extremely small portions (imagine weird 5 star restaurant), even for room service. Could order like three entrees for one person and would be just enough if you were really hungry from a day of walking and exploring. I just ate elsewhere every meal after trying the food twice. Location very good, comfortable bed, good black out curtains. Only complaints 1) is my room was on the side of the building with the train, it’s a good view, but gets loud very early in the morning. 2) room gets too hot, second leave room air conditioner settings go back to default and gets hot again. Have to immediately set AC second you get back to the room- overnight was also hot in the bed and had to open windows, then train wakes you up at 7am. Maybe just a bad room, you’d think they’d give an Expedia elite member a better room knowing these issues.

Beautiful hotel and Lobby. Great hotel bar. Room was luxurious if a bit small. Great service and breakfast. Loved the location. Would stay again.

Super clean, very friendly staff and very nice overall accommodations. Can’t beat the location either. A bit pricey but worth it.

Every single thing about this hotel was amazing! I have been all over the world in different luxury hotels, but this one is gets top spot on my list!!

New chic hotel

Gorgeous modern hotel with a chill vibe; great friendly staff and a lovely spa with excellent treatments.

The hotel is beautiful, well located and have all the amenities. The people were super helpful and friendly. Prague angus people are beautiful!

Very low end 5 star hotel. We booked a suite (3500€). Terrible cleaning service even if we tipped generously, noisy, “suite”, lazy consierge service, can’t control the heating in our room. Worst restaurant we ever ate in. Food at the Christmas market was outstandingly better. The hotel itself is cheapened with thin windows that let all the outdoor noise in. Our suite was located on the first floor right above a really noisy space. We could hear banging and doors slamming starting at 4am from below our bed. Politely told the hotel we were sleep deprived and asked if they could do anything about it. They assured us that noise was not allowed before 7am and said that they could upgrade us to a suite on a higher floor for an extra 1200$. We laughed it off and chose not to fight the hotel staff. Seriously avoid this hotel if you want to enjoy your stay. Could be a descent stay for their cheap 300$ rooms but don’t waste your money expecting a 5 star experience.

If you visit Prague, don't even bother with other Hotels. The Andaz is beautiful and unique. Their hospitality is second to none and it is the perfect location just 5-7 minutes from Old Town. I typically don't do reviews unless I am really impressed. Well, I was impressed.

Very stylish hotel with plenty to look at and admire. Birthday cake surprise was a great surprise. The restaurant has a great but simple menu. Service there is sloppy though. Asked for firm pillows and was delivered the same pillows that were in the room. On check out informed by duty manager in fact they had firm pillows but a mix up happened. Not good enough for a 5 star hotel were 2 nights sleeps were bad due to this. Its an expensive mistake on behalf of the hotel. Also check out invoice not shown on checkout but rather just sent to email address. Very odd. Would like to have seen what I paid for. Design of rooms have many well thought out details.

We stayed for three nights and it was a great experience. The spa facilities and gym are really nice, the entire hotel is beautifully designed/decorated. Hotel staff were friendly and very quick to accommodate any requests. During our stay there was a chef visiting from Italy who served a delicious tasting menu in the main restaurant.

Staff is extremely accommodating and polite. Hotel is a new property. Very nice included breakfast.

New hotel in quiet location. Room was spacious and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
