Overall excellent. This is a beautiful hotel. Staff is lovely. The only negative was that the 38 line of rooms has the headboards up against the wall shared with the elevator shaft if you are a sensitive sleeper you'll hear the elevators going up and down all night. Otherwise, it was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. There could have been a better use of space in the bathroom for hanging towels and I wish there was more countertop.

Good location. Walkable to restaurants and shops, 2 blocks from the beach. Service was good. We had a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, and they were nice enough to accommodate a late check-out. Despite privacy turned on, house-keeping knocked while we were in the room. The roof top pool was very nice, but lacked any service.

Overall good - great location. Room was small but okay.
One negative was the noise through the door of the adjoining room. Small girl was very loud and somehow up until midnight apparently as their main source of entertainment each night, and they were up and loudly exiting each day at 5:30am .
Point being, get thicker doors of adjoining rooms.

Service was excellent. Front desk was very helpful, allowed us a late checkout, and then we used the beautiful pool until it was time to go to the airport. Only thing we wished we had was a microwave in the room. But overall a great hotel and location!

The location is great as it is near many bus routes for public transit to access surrounding areas. We were told the umbrellas and chairs at the beach were included in our stay but when we got there the umbrella was $22.

I really liked the hotel and service. Super thin walls, but nothing my ear plugs couldn’t fix! I would stay again! The rooftop pool was great and would like to come back and actually enjoy. The staff was amazing! Room was comfortable! Easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Just perfect. I parked in a parking garage about 10min walk away.

We picked the Uma as a last minute replacement after leaving a subpar Airbnb. The experience was 5 Star; from the staff to the accommodations, everything was centered around making us feel welcome and comfortable.
We’ll be back for sure!

A wonderful experience for a one-night stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating, umbrellas were helpful for the rainy day. My only suggestion would be to allow easier access between the two buildings rather than having to go all the way around the building.

Both the guy & lady at Check-in staff lacked a warm welcome. Very mute actually besides the necessities. The friendly guy walking us all the way to our room after the check-in process was unique. We booked 3 days but were only given one washcloth and 2 towels total. Upon request they provided more. Record player in room was a nice touch. Parking is not close so plan to walk a few blocks if you park. Overall it was a modern property with great details and a relaxing atmosphere.

UMA house was a wonderful experience. Staff were so helpful & friendly. Very quiet & walkable distance to the beach, restaurants & stores. The pool on the roof is awesome, didn’t get to use it but very elegant. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would definitely be back again. Thank you UMA for the best experience I had in Miami Beach.

I decided to book this hotel for my family. They were more than happy with the space, cleanliness and service. Also, it’s right in the middle of the action. You can’t beat this hotel for that price!

I’ve stayed in Miami Beach/south beach three times and this has been my favourite place to stay. The room was cleaned every day very well and the property was beautiful. We always had fresh towels and really appreciated that they had beach chairs to use at the ocean. The pool was lovely too - very aesthetically pleasing and comfortable stay! Location was really great with lots to eat and do close by. Thank you for great hospitality, UMA house!

The only negative was I didn’t realize the parking situation and ended up getting towed. Paid $400 and spent 4 hours of a 2.5 day vacation dealing with it. Would appreciate a heads up since most people visiting are not familiar with the parking rules. Then paid $90 for the hotel to valet it.

Great boutique experience with excellent customer service, as well as nice guest experiences. Prior to arriving, I received great communication and it continued throughout our stay. The special touches like complimentary Prosecco upon arrival and wine hour. The hotel is also within walking distance to great restaurants and a close car ride to the beach.

Really lovely hotel. Decor funky and upmarket. Very clean and staff could not be more helpful. Beautiful roof pool area with daily happy hour! Great location for all areas and across the road from the beach. Would definitely recommend.

In front of the hotel there is a stop for bus 150 express service to/from the airport for 2.25 usd.
Breakfast is served in the lovely American restaurant behind the hotel

Great, quiet position in Miami Beach, just a few minutes walk to Collins and Lincoln. Lovely pool area on the roof, and the breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was excellent. Service from the hotel staff was average - they simply weren’t particularly warm. Main gripe is the resort fee which is really unnecessary - this is not a resort hotel and you don’t really get anything for it. But overall, a nice enough place to stay.

The only negative point is the horrible bed sheets ! Really awful feeling !
