I had a won't stay. Communication was on time. The condo was well stocked. Beautiful ocean view.

Enjoyed the stay and was close to beach. Room was nice as bathroom was also. Clean place would stay here again for sure

Overall, place quaint and worth it

Again we did not stay in the property and they refused a refund. Only had partial electricity which was only the TV. Property lied and stated he offer a refund and never did.

Deceptive & unresponsive

The room was very clean. Only things I didn’t like was the AC didn’t work well so our room was pretty hot to the point where we did not use blankets and sat on the couch right next to the AC just to feel some kind of coolness. Beds were very uncomfortable. Wish they had more stuff to do outside than just a small little raindrop size pool. Be careful on the pool deck because it can be very hot to your feet and watch out for the camera that is directly by the shower where you would rinse off to get in the pool.

Location to the beach is outstanding

We were in a first floor ocean front room. Badly needs a makeover. Bathroom ceiling fan/light was inoperable. Entrance hall light was inoperable. Clothing drawers next to Murphy bed need to be replaced as they are unusable. Leather couch has a tear in it. Parking on this holiday weekend was terrible. Because you are not given a parking placard, people that were not paying guests were using the spaces during the day. Very limited parking without that happening. The pool entrance combo lock was not working so people that had parked there for the day, were using the pool before leaving. The pool size is very small so a number of people would go into the pool are but come right back out because of the amount of people using it at that time. It is not much larger than a hot tub we have had at other motels. The combo lock to gain access to the beach had been removed so anyone had access to the facility from the beach. We had no fresh towels or housekeeping from Friday through leaving today. There is no front desk so you have to text a property manager. I will say he was quick to respond as we had a door lock situation that was handled promptly. This was our second stay at this property, but will be our last.

I chose king size got full size bed was horrible old not confortable. Sheets and blankets need replacement. Missing blades and ligth comes into the room so u will have to wake up early.

Pictures of rooms posted on Expedia are not entirely the same as what you see when you get in the property. It is very old, dated, dirty, dingy, avoid this place.

Great beach

Wonderful room location, with the balcony overlooking the beach. I thought the Murphy bed was comfortable, though my wife felt that the mattress on her side sank towards my side. The bathroom was clean and nice, though the towels could have been larger. The main complaint I had was that I never could access the property’s WiFi. Sometimes I could access the Maverick Hotel’s WiFi. The sole elevator went out of service the day before we checked out, resulting in us having to trudge up 3 flights of stairs to the 4th floor. It was reportedly supposed to be fixed the day we checked out.

Loved the beach access. Room was clean. The bed and pillows were too soft imo. Overall nice stay.

Needs updating, missing vertical blinds which are outdated. WiFi was weak. Able to connect one device at a time.

Loved Dante & his ladies on staff.

The biggest issue is needing to run the shower to get warm/hot water at the sink. The bathroom sink water controls are backwards to get hot you have to use the right and cold.is the left. We never got warm/hot in the kitchenette

Cozy beachside rooms for a great price. Easy contactless check in was a breeze. Large families would need multiple rooms.

The place was way to small if it wasn’t for the mirrors on the whole wall on one side the room no one would pick this place.

I love this place! I had a beautiful view and actually found the murphy bed to be quite comfortable. I appreciate the no-contact check in/check out. Full size fridge and plenty of options for dishes to cook with. They don't supply any soap for washing though. It was surprisingly quiet my entire stay.

Our Quiet little beach stay was a very nice. The room we were in was very clean, seemed new, and had a great view.

Dante was very responsive. We did know what a murphy bed was, but we enjoyed our stay

The staff were all very patient and informative to the many questions guest had while both checking in and picking up their tickets for the park, they were very attentive to guests needs, and were even kind enough to upgrade our room. I can’t wait to come back and stay at this hotel. The food was delicious and they had plenty of options, breakfast, lunch, and dinner the cafe opens early and stay open late, which was a huge relief, as we would often be starving coming back late from the parks. The busses were frequent enough we never got over crowded and they were clean and punctual. Over all it was truly a lovely stay, 10/10. The shop with the park merch was also amazing! Definitely check it out!

The property is right on the beach, the place confortable and clean, the cleaning staff is helpful and courteous, we appreciated the fridge and stove with oven. We found out that pick up trucks and dogs are permitted in this area of the beach.

Absolutely loved having a nice clean personal space right on the beach! Will definitely be my go to for future stays. Check in and checkout was a nice smooth process. Property is well maintained. Definitely appreciate Dante for quick response when needed back in the room to retrieve an item before leaving!
