Very nice room, biggest bed I have ever seen :-), friendliness of staff (they really care), breakfast food quality was very nice, amazing view from the room, room can be made very dark for very good sleep, very quiet
Dinner food (price/value) in main restaurant was not overwhelming (maybe we went for the wrong choice).

Quarto amplo, extremamente confortável, cama enorme e uma vista maravilhosa para o Lago Lucerna.

I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Palace Luzern for two nights with my wife and daughter, and our experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and memorable. Every interaction we had was marked by professionalism and a genuine desire to accommodate our needs. The attentiveness and warmth of the staff made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Luzern.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed it with the most efficient and hospitable staff . Anything required was immediately given and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and happy as possible . Would definitely go back and stay there .

Restaurants provided an excellent menu and service. Breakfast was wonderful and great locations. Staff very attentive and polite and friendly.

Lovely location on the lake. Well appointed room and extremely large bed.
Staff were very helpful especially the concierge. We didn’t try all the restaurants but the food was generally very good. We used the gym a couple of times as well as the spa area. Valet parking that you pay for was very efficient. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place in particular the gym and spa.
The wellness area was very nice. However it was very noisy when we used it. Some hotel guests were using mobile phones making loud phone calls. The hotel might want to enforce quiet rules for the relaxation area.

Great location, nice property
Booking confirmation showed 3rd bed for our daughter was free, however we were charged for it a check-out. Flagged this but did not hear back. Generally staff is friendly but very inflexible. I cannot recommend this specific MO hotel.

The location was amazing, right on the Lake. The standard of the hotel was beyond anything I have seen, I couldn't fault it.
My one gripe was that there was a very limited range of food options.

Everything was beyond perfect I enjoyed so much staying at the hotel, I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel facilities. It was evident that attention to detail was a top priority, and this level of care enhanced the overall quality of my stay.
