Very well designed and was perfect for our get together with friends and family. Clean, modern and the smart house was a great feature

My family, friends, and I had a lovely stay at this property and were instantly impressed with the Jungle them throughout the home, and the voice activated features throughout. Keiron and his partner were available to us 24/7 and helped with our every request, which was much appreciated. The home looks just like the pictures and better! The jacuzzi was hot, the house was clean, the decor was immaculate, and the hosts were responsive and extremely polite. I had family and friends over throughout the days that we were there, and everyone was impressed with the house. There was more than enough space for all of us. There were nicely sized bunk beds and/or two beds in each room, plus a pull out sofa in the study area. There's also washer and dryers with detergent included in case you need to do laundry. The location was also amazing. It was very quiet outside and noone bothered us at no time. We were close to plenty of restaurants and shops, and only about 7 minutes from downtown Houston. Overall, I will definitely look into renting this home again to support my future stays in Houston!

The place was exactly how everything was in the photos. It was very nice and clean. When we arrived we arrived early and Keiron welcomed us. He made sure everything was good for our stay and he is very very nice ! The place was AMAZING and perfect for a group Girls trip. Everything was a perfect distance and Ubers were cheap. Very satisfied and recommend

I booked for a Girls trip for NYE and everyone loved the house! There were 6 of us and the house could easily sleep 2 more, so we were very comfortable. Beautiful interior & patio with thoughtful features: google home/controls, well labeled instructions for switches throughout home, foil and plastic wrap dispensers in kitchen. Bedrooms, baths, common area were clean, spacious, well tempered. The host was very responsive and helpful prior to booking, leading up to the trip and upon arrival. The keypad check-in was seamless. He provided us with list of recommendations for caterers, points of interest, and nearby attractions. We enjoyed the artwork, fresh smell, and open layout. There is a 2 car Garage and driveway parking included. Additionally, the home has well lit front and back entrances with cameras so everyone felt safe. Board games and karaoke machine were also provided, but we didn’t end up using them…still appreciate the thought. It could be great for families with kids. We had a couple rental cars and took a lyft for NYE, so we didn’t mind the location not being walkable. If you plan to spend time in the city, consider transportation when booking.
