The property is kinda hard to find if you aren't watching. It was very quiet at night, and the staff was very helpful when we had a question. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right out the front door. If i had any real complaints, i did not care for the self service kitchen.

We had a pleasant stay here! Clean and walking distance to most areas - would definitely stay here again.

Ice machine didn't work. That's the only bad thing about our stay. Everything else was great.

I wouldn’t book again but i enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly the place was clean no doubt about that. But I was solo traveling and one night one od the workers came into my room to deliver something and they didn’t know I was in there. Is was uncomfortable bc I woke out of my sleep to see his face and it was scary at first. Then 2 nights later they announced there would be no night shift. That didn’t make me feel the safest and they emailed everyone so I saw all the guests emails. I think that is a safety concern. Not a big deal to some I suppose hut to be this hotel wasn’t the most comfortable option for solo travel.

Stayed here July 14th-July18th 2024. and I loved it! It’s in the heart of old San Juan and everything you need is short walk away. The property itself was clean and the staff were all very friendly.

They kerp the rooms ice cold- ya gotta live it! Great communication and service.

This is not the room I chose, I would have never in a million years pick a room without a window, and I'm quite sure the room I picked had a balcony. You advertise one thing, but you get something else. The receptionist said they could not help, since it was a 3rd party reservation. Stop doing this to customers.

First night notice that some towels and sheets were dirty. They have quiet hours but ones it hits 8am everyone is talking extremely loud. The bed feels like it’s going to break. The staff was nice however.

Great location! Almost everything you can imagine in San Juan is walkable. So many good and local spots near back.

The rooms do not have windows. I found this very odd and somehow depressing.

It was the perfect spot for a 1 night stay before leaving San Juan. It was clean, quiet and in the heart of Old San Juan. Off sight parking was easy to find and walkable with luggage. The staff was friendly but had to ask twice to get things done.

It’s very convenient if You are planning to visit old San Juan. Great area!!

Perfect location to walk to any sites. Hotel was clean & felt very secure. I love that you need a code to enter after 7pm.

Great location for walking around Old San Juan. Close to tons of food and shopping. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our only complaint would be the high noise from the street below our room, which the hotel really has no control over. The staff was very accommodating and the property is lovely and historic. Would definitely stay again!

Charming place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to activities and restaurants. No windows in room, so wouldn’t want to stay for many days, but old architecture was amazing.
