The property is amazing! It’s in a quiet area with an amazing host. The apartment consists of 1 room with a large bed and 2 singles and a pull out couch full kitchen bathroom and living room. When we arrived we were shown around the property consisting of a full garden with tomato’s, pomegranates, figs, peaches, grapes sunflowers and so much more! And who doesn’t love a view of the mountains with their morning coffee?! (What an oasis to wake up to and read a book outside!!!). He had left a bowl of this fresh fruit in a bowl for us and a fridge stocked with alcohol and water and let’s not forget the coffee and tea! He told us places he believed were worth visiting in our short stay, drove us into town and even offered to assist us in getting to our next destination. I travel a lot but there was something extra special about this location. I’d like to say it was the apartment (which is nothing short of amazing value for a phenomenal price) but it was without a doubt the host! One of the most genuinely kind people we have ever met. 10/10 experience. I will be visiting this apartment every time I am back in the area which is hopefully soon!

Facilities are a bit old.

Very friendly landlord, transfer were organized the best way even taking into account of our delayed flight. We had everything we need for pleasant accommodation.

It is a bit far from the city centre but on the other hand it is on the very edge of beautiful park with myriads of cicadas)

Everything was good. Location, facilities were on good level. Vera was really good host, nice, polite. She Also recommend us where to go, where to eat, etc... Totally recommend :)

The location of the appartment is great! We lived near upon the park Gorica. It is really a nice place to make a walk and to relax, even in winter. Only 15 min., and we are in the center of Podgorica on the ulica Slobodi (tourist registration is on that place too). 30-40 min by foot, and you are on the railstation of Podgorica if you want to go to the seaside (1-1,5 hours to Bar or Sutomore). We really appreciate our stay and the kindness of our appartment owners who were very attentive and careful with us. We even tasted the juice from the garden))) (The garden around the house is very beautiful too! We see mountains from our window!) You don't feel foreignness here. :) Thank you very much for the hospitality and for the care! Katia&Alex

Everything was fine except maybe the big bed for 2 persons, that is a bit small for tall people, (for 187cm you'll need to sleep a bit in diagonal)))

Ivan is a very friendly and attentive host. Answered all our questions. If we needed something, he quickly helped with it. On the day we rented the apartment, there was a holiday in Ivan's family. They very kindly treated us to a delicious lunch. The apartment is clean and spacious. There is an air conditioner. There is parking for a car on the territory. There is a very nice park nearby. The bedroom has comfortable beds, the living room has a comfortable sofa.

We lived in apartments during the rainy season. It was a bit cold for us in the bedroom and bathroom. I would like an update in the bathroom

The host was delightful and helpful. The apartment is spotless, spacious, quiet, well equipped, located in a exelent safe location (next to the park in the city center). There is private parking which was a good bonus for me. Everyting was great. I spent a really good time!
