The house was very dirty from dust, cobwebs, bugs, dirty linens, showers with bad draining, broken blinds, markings and dirt all over the walls, food and trash on the floor.

The home was nice and clean. There was more than enough space for my family. The location was great, close to everything. William was so helpful and communication was open our entire stay. He even accomodated us staying longer. We will stay here again anytime we're in Winston Salem!

My family of 4 spent thanksgiving in this home. It was perfect for our needs and was very clean. My parents live in the area so we have stayed in this area before. The last placed we stayed was a dump, so this was a pleasant experience. This was the best location so far and I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for my family and dogs, with a fenced in yard. It was very clean and well maintained. The street is really tight but other than that, it was perfect!

This property is very clean and very cozy. The decor is calming and space was perfect. This property has 2 controls for heat/air conditioning for upstairs & downstairs so you can have it cool to sleep on hot days.. I would rate this home a 5 star home worth revisiting.

House was great size for 4 adults, especially the extra bathrooms. Plenty of room in the living room and dining for all of us. Beds were comfy. Funny thing, I love shopping @At Home, the house is a decorated with items from that store, it was great. I would say if you are driving, the driveway is short(the neighborhood is just built that way) so be careful if you have a long vehicle. Its not in a walkable neighbor, but short drive anywhere you need to go, it took us less than 15min to get anywhere. Only suggestion I would make to owner, maybe another loveseat in family room, and reattach toilet paper holders in bathrooms. We definitely would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for my son’s surgery. Everything we needed was close by and we were able to have groceries, meals delivered etc… All the bedrooms are upstairs which didn’t affect us but could for some. The master bedroom and bath are very big. The house was fully stocked. Also, has a fenced in backyard for pets which was wonderful for us. Convenient to so many places. Thanks for accommodating us!

We enjoyed our stay. Very roomy. The extra 1/2 bath was very helpful for our group. We had a little issue with housekeeping in the beginning, but William was very responsive and brought us what we needed immediately. We would definitely stay here again. The short driveway is a challenge for larger vehicles, but there is ample parking at the beginning of the development

Great stay! House was new and very clean, well stocked with nice touches (bath products, hair dryer, etc). Good location on a quiet street and close to Wake Forest, Hanes Mall, the hospital. Excellent host - very communicative and willing to work with us when we extended our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book this place again.

William responded very quickly to my messages and text. We had a slight issue with the access code but that was taken care of quickly. The house is very nice and very clean. I felt like I was in a hotel. The master bedroom was amazing with a large walk in closet. Parking is kind of tight if there are multiple cars. One car can fit in driveway. We made it work.i would definitely book this place again.

The property looks exactly as described and photographed! We especially liked the location, the quiet street, the new furnishings and housewares, and the hotel-like feel (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer provided). When we arrived, the linens were not completely washed and dried. I contacted the owner regarding the linens, and he was immediately responsive and apologetic and worked with us to figure out a quick solution. If it wasn't for this issue, I would rate this as a five-star experience.

The house was perfect for us 4 adults and an infant. Very clean home. The street is narrow and parking for more that two cars was a bit tough. Also took a while to figure out a light switch had to be on for dishwasher to work.
Great house and we very much enjoyed our stay!!
