The location is good. Right next to pine forest. The property has a lot of potential.
The property is not well maintained at all. The rooms smell of dust and the pipes and taps in the bathroom are leaky. The lights keep flickering. The staff are not very friendly. Overall, not worth the money.

Manager was rude beyond measure. When asked, to attend to certain shortcomings, his response was to get someone from booking.com to attend to them. Truly first of a kind experience

It’s very near to most of the popular locations in Vagamon. The staff and food are very good, very humble. Must try their Black pepper Chicken.

Customer service was exceeding expectations.
The rooms are not maintained well importantly washroom the toilet seat was so bad with lots of scratches no one will like to use it.

Horrible service! Theye didn't reserve the room which i booked and I had to cancel my stay after one day. They haven't even refunded me the balance money which i paid upfront for two rooms.
