Номер постоянно был грязным, даже в момент заселения на шкафах были пятна, за холодильником и на кухонном гарнитуре был мусор. Горничные всего 2 раза за 4 дня вынесли мусор, раковину ни разу не протерли. Журнальный стол, за которым мы ели, не был протерт ни разу. А также из раковин на кухне и в ванной стоял ужасный запах все время пребывания. На завтраке к кофе были круассаны и джем, бывало, что круассаны заканчивались и новые не приносили. Room service брал дополнительные деньги за доставку еды в номер, хотя в буклете об этом не было ни слова. Бассейн не работал. Приходилось просить горничных выдавать халаты и полотенца, которые они забрали, но обратно не положили.

The unit we stayed in was new and very clean with updated amenities. We loved that the unit had its own modern washing machine and balcony area that helped us keep our clothes clean for the duration of our stay and that the bed was super comfortable and well kept. All other facilities of the unit were also usable and available at our convenience.

The location was quite far from the areas where tourists often go to. We chose the location because it was mid-way from IMPACT Arena where we would be attending a concert for one of the days in our 4-day visit in Bangkok but for all the other days where we toured around, the commute was quite long.

Nothing to like

- have net of spider in room - no slipper - 2 persons but 1 toothbrush - no welcome drink - breakfast less and not cook well and fresh - ask for ice cubes but they said go downstair to take free. If not, we charge money.... ( no comment when i heard that) - swimming pool is maitaining so can not swim

Comfortable bed, clean room, great bathroom - nice sky bar with views and happy hour offers.

Breakfast a little disappointing for European tastes.

Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to be helpful. The breakfast had something for everyone. Laundry in the room was useful, and appreciated the fully kitted out kitchen. Views were also great!

Comfy bed. A door separate living room and kitchen area. Quiet location. One air-conditioning in bedroom and one in the living (only one remote control found in the room tho) Washing machine also has drying option. Fair size of undercover swimming pool.

Noise from the hallway. Coffee machine is kept in the cupboard, just instant coffee sachets provided. No dishes cleaning products provided. Only sitting area and fixed wall climbing (more like for a decoration) at a small kid's club room. BYO toys or kid's books 😒

I like everything. It was a nice two-bedroom suite with everything needed. I also like the staff, they helped us a lot to find some wine there, and open, and take care of everything. Also, everything was beautiful. The view is also good!

Nothing. Everything was fine. I can't find anything I'd not like there.

The MRT station is just out the front door.

This place is a dumpster fire. The nasty, incompetent employees are gross and drunk, just like the booze parties on many floors. Disgusting bullies who falsely advertise "soundproof" rooms which are actually beneath tacky techno alcohol club parties. Vile pigs.

Not allowed smoking in balcony That's making me uncomfortable Everytime i have to go to the exit of the hotel to smoke , And the location of the hotel it was surrounded with garage for fixing cars

The suite was nice. Front Desk staff was good.

We got too many NO's or we dont have that item or that wine right now. Bar was not stocked very well. Not a Hotel that's for sure. For a little bit more you can stay at a 4 or 5 star Hotel, like the Shangri-la Bangkok. Pricey and not much on Customer Service. Elevators and hallways are very hot with no AC on. Room had good AC. Don't stay on the street side of the property its very noisy. We have stayed in many, many Bangkok Hotels from 2 stars to 5 stars, so we have a gauge of service and quality to draw from. Unimpressed.

Comfortable room, great bed. Good food and great breakfast!

Drains did smell, but what do you expect in Bangkok city, in a high rise building, on level 22! No coffee pods for the coffee machine provided. No ability to wash up the utensils in the kitchen after use. We only stayed for one night, so it didn’t matter to much.
