Konum çok merkezi bir meydanda , ünlü markalar caddesinin tam yanında ayrıca , haftasonu kalabalık gençlerin tercih ettiği bir sokak ve meydana bakıyor . Meydana bakana oda gece gürültülü oluyor , biz rahatsız olmadık ama gürültü sevmeyenler bu konuda dikkat etsin

La posizione è ottima.

Un po’ troppo rigidi al Check-in. Avevamo un bambino piccolo di 4 mesi e ci hanno Messo molto stress addosso per via del documento di riconoscimento del bambino… atteggiamento anche molto dubbioso nei nostri confronti… quasi come se sospettassero che ci fosse qualcosa che non andasse…. Ho ritenuto questo atteggiamento assolutamente assurdo.

The location is as good as it gets near the center of the old city of Palermo. The building is modern, room was clean and with comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful: we took a transfer from the eastern part of Sicily and the driver was not familiar with the city of Palermo. Staff helped him live over the phone to drop us off at the door.

Room decor was spartan. Our room had a window out on the square of Garibaldi Politeama theater and it got rather noisy at night. Small price to pay for the great location.

The room is dark and dingy, not what you expect for 4 star hotel. Hotel is not handicap accessable, or friendly,

Nice large room and fine interiors, also coffee and tea making possible. Very friendly staff and very good selection for Italy at the breakfast buffet. Quiet room when it comes to neighbours or corridor.

Unfortunately - but only - very, very noisy from the street. The street in front is one of the main and busy streets and the windows did not really shut off well the noise.

The room was very clean. The staff was nice, talked in clear English, gave us information about Palermo, and also upgraded us to a room with a nice bathtub! The location is superb, you're very close to the city center, most major attractions are within 10-30 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of variety (except for desserts, of which they had plenty) but the food was decently made.

The hotel is on a lovely square and there is an easy route to all the most central sites. We walked just about everywhere. It is easy to pick up street food or coffee or delicious Sicilian granita to refresh yourselves as you walk. Breakfast is a fantastic Sicilian buffet, very efficient and quick when you want it to be but with lovely cakes when you have more time. Although the room wasn't the biggest, it was really comfortable and provides a refuge from the heat outside and it was also super clean and with a nice shower. One special thing is how the staff are so friendly and happy to see you even for small queries. The public areas are unusually nice and well appointed. It's extremely easy to get to the airport as the shuttle bus stops just outside. There's also a lot of local buses so you can get to Monreale quite easily.

I suppose the room could be bigger but then it's so comfortable you don't mind. The lighting is nice and the air conditioning extremely good quality. It's also a very quiet hotel which is amazing for a central area.

Breakfast was great - buffet with all sorts of options. It was in the basement though which wasn't a particularly nice place to eat. The room was a good size and clean. Location was fantastic to see all the highlights of Palermo.

The only issue was a leaky shower.
