Relaxing day after climbing Mt Fuji. What a lovely setting, wonderful staff, and unexpectedly thrilling automobile museum!

The gentleman who spoke excellent English helped us when we drove up to the front is a very excellent representative and face for the hotel and demonstrates hospitality well. The overall hotel has the feeling of omotenashi which is rarer and rarer now as more foreign workers and more foreigners with a disregard for Japanese unspoken habits are hired in these hotels.
I hope to come back just to relax and hope to see this hotel maintain its excellence.

The hotel is too strict with the time schedules!! No way to think about late checkout, even for one hour! The dinner can’t be at 20:30, just at 20:15, even if there are free spaces and nobody will arrive after you; the simulator has no empty slots but, if we’re going to checkout, suddenly there appear two slots! Besides this, the hotel is far from the more touristic spots to see Mount Fuji.

One of the best I ever stayed. Pricey, yes, but service was great, room was great, view was great, amenities was great (mini bar should have been complimentary at this price point surely), and tons of things to do around.
Definitely will stay here again if I am visiting Fuji.

Amazing hotel. Great staff. Some don’t really speak English but others are fluent. Very friendly. Food is great but expensive and there are no options anywhere around the hotel. I would not recommend the Japenese restaurant- the food was not as good. But they really accommodated our food allergies by adapting the set menu we picked.

Operation and facility-wise is 5-star Hyatt standard. Plus, the fuji speedway and car racing theme makes it a heaven to car enthusiasts.

A great place to stay. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Staff polite, friendly and helpful. We had Fuji facing rooms and as the weather was very kind to us we were treated with some amazing views. Also had added bonus of views of the Fuji Speedway. Highly recommend this hotel.
