- Location of the B&B was easy to reach, although we were out of schedule and arrived late they helped us get inside and were super welcoming. - clean Room, Clean Bathroom and it had a small and cosy kitchen which every morning was prepared for guests to go and have breakfast. - owner gives best advices to surf around the city in order to have a good packed trip!

- only problem might need to be mentioned is with respect to weather situation at this time of year (Dicembre) room was a little cold. ( So suggest to take extra blankets if you're sensitive about temperature)

Everything, dark room we paid for a quadruple as that was all available when we got there the extra beds had been removed leaving a double or should I say two single knackered beds pushed together which sunk and creaked every time you turned. The seating in the room was a couple of cheap wooden ridged chairs and a similar table. The walls were painted in dark red paint in a distressed fashion. The window frames were rotting and cracks in the ceiling. Even with the windows closed the street noise was deafening. The breakfast was in a small kitchen which you had to serve yourself which was pre packed croissants cakes and hard toast things. To make a coffee or tea there was no kettle you had to use a pan which took 15 minutes nearly to boil. We booked for two nights it cost 448 euros and we checked out after one, we couldn’t bear to be in there any longer. Overpriced by far and awfully depressing. I left the money in a drawer and messaged the guy to say we had left an apology received but no refund for the second night. We had to travel and pay again for another room which thankfully was a lot better and half the price. It’s a toss up between this and the Cavour hotel in Naples as to which was worst I have stayed at.

Localization was good, host show us map and places to visit. Also asked if we want sth extra for breakfast. Room was cleaned every day

Close to the beach, not in a touristic area, surrounding by a "normal" blocks and apartment buildings where you can see every day life of ordinary Italians ;-), vis-avis great cheap pizzeria, approx 100 meters from supermarket Conad; approx 20 min. walk from the city centre.

Location, bed, quite place.

Brioches at breakfast were really old, the room was cold, the walls in the room were very damaged, you can't pay with a card. I am sorry because these are all things you can easily change and the place was not bad.
