Great service from booking to check out. Fantastic location 2 minuits from Monkgate. Very clean property with all amenities needed to make your stay in York enjoyable.
Would highly recommend this property for a couple.

We had a great short stay at the York Boutique, parking was very easy, the location was great, right in the centre of York so walking distance to everything, the apartment was very clean and modern. We'll definitely stay again if we ever get the chance.

The property was wonderful! Clean, attractive, and lots of natural light - exactly as described. The location was perfect! Just outside the Monk Bar and close to all of York’s places of interest. We were very comfortable and would stay there again for sure. Reservation, check-in, and check-out processes couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend!

A lovely apartment , easy check in, easy parking and within a short distance of the centre of York . The Minster and many other attractions are within easy walking distance . A lots of restaurants to eat in within a short walk . So an ideal place to stay .

We stayed here for 2 nights and the property is perfect. There is free parking, wifi and a smart TV which we made great use of. The property was cleaned very well and beds very comfortable. The bathroom is very modern and the shower is really good. The location was perfect for us and is only a short walk into the city centre. The lady on the phone was very friendly and guided us on how to work the cooker as we wasnt sure. Absolutley nothing to complain about. great stay

We stayed in all 4 of the apartments for a weekend hen do. It was a perfect location for walking in to York. The apartments were all beautifully decorated and fully equipped for our needs. An excellent entry system made us feel extremely safe. A great time was had by all.

This is a very nice, clean and bright apartment. Only downside this visit was that there was no welcome pack of chocs & gin otherwise you couldn't fault it.

Location spot on. Lovely and clean. Modern and spacious. Nice bedroom. The sofa bed in the lounge could do with updating it's hard and springy.

Beautiful apartment, excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Only one negative is that the bed is far too soft.
Fantastic location for the city, parking no issue at all.
Will definitely book this one again!!!

The apartment was very nice, almost immaculate, and the decor was very modern. We did find the mattress very very soft and both suffered from sore backs. A previous guest noted this also in the guest book. The pillows were very old and lumpy and need replacing. The rug in the living room is a little tatty and there were some stains on the carpets.
Other than these very minor gripes, the apartment was very enjoyable, the kitchen was well-equipped for breakfast, and the location is perfect.

The appt is v beautiful .v had stayed here before n the place is v comfortable for long stay as well.

The apartments couldn’t of been in a better location. Everyone couldn’t believe how modern, clean and spacious the apartments were. Will 100% be booking to stay here again. Great customer service from everyone I spoke to at York Boutique. Thanks again.

Overall, this is a great holiday apartment.Booking was straight-forward and York Boutique Lets were very flexible accomodating our date changes.The flat was extremely-well presented with good instructions from accessing the wifi to finding good local restaurants.The only thing we did not like was the mattress, which felt a little like a hammock to us. I don't think the mattress was old or worn, rather it was one of the 'super-soft' variety...

I stayed for almost 45 days in this appartment.It was flawless n in best location.Well equipped, i just missed the dish washer though which comes handy during long stays.Would always stay here during my next visit.Staff is superb in york boutique, extremely helpful n professional:
