Our second stay at this property & it didn’t disappoint. there was a very thoughtful gift of a bottle of Prosecco left by the owners & the Christmas tree had been put up This property is close to the city with plenty of bars & cafes nearby as well as secure parking at the nearby Q park. We will definitely return here again

It was a bit strange going into a bathroom joined to a friends bedroom, we did however know it would be before booking and it didn’t put us off

Great location. nicely decorated and furnished, great size for our group. Lovely touch of fizz waiting in the fridge for us.

It’s on quite a busy road, but noise was not too much of an issue.

Loved the location, a 10 minute walk to some excellent shops, attractions, cafés and reataurants. Shop till you drop, stop for coffee and pastries and start again. The attractions were plentiful, the Minster, Dungeons, Yorvik Centre etc all easy to locate then back to the apartment to change and walk to some superb eating places, Indian, Italian and English, they were all so good.

The front door to the property is so hard to push open it requires a real sharp hard shove and would benefit from a coat of paint, it doesn't give a very good first impression of a lovely apartment. Als Also

Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and tidy, it had everything you could possibly need! The perfect base for a girls weekend in the city!

Only minor tweaks but there weren’t enough water glasses (plenty of wine and champagne glasses though!) and there was only 2 hand towels so one per guest would be better I would suggest.

Close to city centre, about a 15 min walk to the Minster.

A bit noisy as it fronts onto a busy road. No parking except in a very expensive car park about a 5 min walk away.

The location was excellent. The beds were really comfortable. The furnishings were well chosen and it was very clean throughout. It has a beautiful bay window looking out onto York City Wall, and it's a great spot to watch the world go by.

Not enough clothes hangers. No storage in smallest bedroom. Needs a coat rack in hall, nowhere to hang coats. Move the music player from the kitchen to the lounge or just install another in the lounge as you had to have the volume up very loud to be able to hear it from the kitchen. There is a lack of cheap nearby parking, however we found some free 24 hour spots, ten minute's walk away from town.

The location was great - just a couple of minutes walk into York City Centre. The beds were comfy and it was really clean.

It was very noisy. Located over a row of shops, there was loading/unloading and what sounded like metal crates being scraped along the floor from 6am. Bit about mirrors! Unusual property - not easy to dry your hair in front of a mirror as the sockets weren't placed conveniently and, if you're in the room at the top of the house, the mirror is placed behind a window, 1 metre away?!?! 12 mugs, one teaspoon - just in case you'd like both kids to have a yoghurt at the same time, while you have a cuppa! Parking - we booked this property thinking (from the information on Booking.com and reviews, that we could park for £10 per day - this isn't the case and it was too late to change the booking when we found out. We were visiting elderly family and it meant they couldn't park nearby to be able to access the property during our stay. The emails giving arrival information were contradictory regarding parking and very confusing. They need to be updated.
