Location excellent. Potential to be 5* with a little more attention to detail and better finishing touches.

Deep clean needed due to dirt /mould around shower areas. Better maintenance needed due to loose toilet seat and badly painted walls, with paint splatter on various things inckuding bathroom mirror. Sinks in the bathrooms are way too small, making it impossible to wash your hands and face without getting water everywhere.

Bathroom needs a shelf for soap etc., mirror lights not working. Bedrooms very compact and very little storage space.

A lovely spacious studio apartment near to the centre of York. Will definitely stay again when we visit York in the future.

Honestly there wasn't anything I didn't like well apart from our holiday going over too quickly.

Location was great. Very close to centre and minster. Nice to look out at the walls and the old ice house. Nice touches like bottle of Cava and milk etc. Very clean.

It was confusing getting in as there were two codes and we were quite worried that the first one didn't work on the key box. Phoned the 'emergency number' and the guy was useless. Said we'd have to wait for the office to open in 3 days time! Anyway we worked it out ourselves eventually! Also it was noisy and smoke being above the open air bar but there was air con and we survived!

It was clean and according to the photos. Great facilities, it felt homey, great location, a few minutes walk to the city centre.

The apartment we stayed in was next to a local pub. You could hear people speaking in the pub outdoor area. Also where the building is located next to a busy main road, obviously it could be quite noisy .

The property was perfect, so clean and smelt so new. had a Prosecco bottle on arrival. literally around the corner from all pubs restaurants

cannot fault it in any way. very clean, warm and felt like home. location is fantastic and don’t have to move my car all weekend.

very tidy, great location with convenient on site parking for a charge. windows high up so no natural day light in the apartment we stayed, but the other apartments looked nice with french doors etc. well kitted out with all the things you need to cook if you wished to do so

smell of the drains coming from the bathroom, sometimes quite over powering, clearly a problem because lots of air fresheners in there.

The location is perfect, only a couple of minutes walk and you are right in the centre of everything, the apartment was lovely very clean and the beds were really comfy. The car park was right next door and very easy to find, We did really enjoy our stay the only thing that let it down was there is a pub at the back of it with a beer Garden and although it was November and Cold outside it was still very loud till gone midnight.

Very close to amenities. Walking distance to a good selection of pubs and restaurants. On site parking. (but not free) Well appointed facilities in the apartment.

The property exceeded expectations and I will definitely be back. Clean, new furnishings with kitchen utensils for a proper stay. Agreed with the small window blinds in the property. Good lighting in the bathroom which is always a bonus.

There really wasn't anything. A couple of tips would be (a) to pop up a coat rack in the lobby area for jackets, as this would help with drying them after the rain....it was wet for my 2 days and (b) a small bedside table would be nice.

Parking and accessing property was easy. Beds were comfortable and location was excellent.

Sofas and dining area very uncomfortable. No decor really to speak of the rooms were dark and uninviting. The bathroom could have been cleaner and had an unpleasant smell. There were crumbs left in the kitchen worktop and the kettle could do with replacing. The walls were marked in the bedrooms and there was a wall next the door on entry had been mended but not painted. Very noisy due to groups of people staying in the other apartments. The noise didn’t stop until 4:30 am. Maybe good for stag/hen parties or nights out but not good for families.
