Great location, very clean, very modern, locking garage for car, great communications with owner!

This property is just as pictured if not even better! It’s clean and kept Nicely. It’s roomy and in a great neighborhood. It accommodated my team members and I perfectly.

My group of friends from Indianapolis, Chicago and Nashville all met up to spend the weekend together and we absolutely loved our stay at this property. Everyone had nothing but good things to say about how nice this place was. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms, the rooftop view of the city was stunning, and the neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to visit STL!

This house really exceeded our expectations. Lots of room, nicely furnished and amazing location as we had meeting all of St. Louis. We found a lot of nice restaurants nearby and enjoyed the view on the penthouse patio. The only potential downside is there are a lot of stairs if you have little kids or those who would struggle as you have to navigate two sets of stairs to get to bedrooms with the exception of the one on the ground floor. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay! Housed 12 of us for the long weekend and it was the perfect amount of space. Living room could be cozier to fit more people. Would also suggest putting in the listing that the house has baby gates, pack n play and high chairs to make it more attractive to families. We loved the upstairs patio, stayed up there every night enjoying the view. House had great AC, hot water, and a stocked kitchen full of all utensils that you may need. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a small group of family and friends staying for a week's vacation. The location was perfect for accessing the St. Louis attractions and had a beautiful view of the skyline, including The Arch. It felt like we were 10-15 minutes from everything. The property was clean, modern, and felt very safe and secure. Check-in and check-out was simple. No complaints at all. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect home to rent for our daughters wedding at St.Louis University. Spacious floor design helped for getting hair and make up done before the wedding. up for the bridesmaids. Everything worked in the home. Very clean home. The owner was excellent in responding quickly with questions. I would definitely rent this home again.

Outstanding home away from home for family.

Easy breezy. Spacious, clean and close to the interstate. Well worth the cost..

The Gate was a perfect location for our family spring break trip to St. Louis. We had our family of 6 - our children are ages 20, 18, 16 and 15, so the 5 bedrooms separated by floors gave everyone there own area to retreat when they needed it. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. It's perfect for cooking meals in with the table seating 6 comfortably and the large island accommodating 6 as well. The Livingroom is large with a big screen TV for watching games and shows. The rooftop patio is a great view with a table and chairs for relaxing. There is also a smaller balcony with chairs off the Livingroom. The garage was awesome to have and fit two large trucks. There is a driveway too and a small yard to the side of the house that is fenced. It was perfect for yard games (there is a grill out there too). The Gate has 4 floors with several steps between each floor. The master bedroom has a great bathroom and walk-in closet! The area is safe and everything is so close (5 minute drive) including coffee, grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, and of course all the attractions in the downtown St. Louis area (10 minute drive).Communication with host Remi was timely. I would highly recommend The Gate for a group like ours! Thanks! -Mary

Amazing property at a super convenient location. If you don't like stairs, this property isn't for you. We enjoyed every second of our stay. The views are top notch

This house was a great stay for our family. The view was beautiful from the fourth floor patio. There are four floors so for the elders in our group the stairs did get exhausting in our four day stay. The place was as shown in the pictures. Remi was a very accommodating host and checkin was easy. Thank you!

We had a great stay here. The pantry was conveniently stocked and it was really handy having a washer and dryer. The house is nicely furnished, with plenty of room for our group of 7. We enjoyed a spectacular view from the top floor deck. Be aware that this property is on four levels, with three flights of stairs, so make sure that's acceptable.
