My family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this property, plenty to keep us busy on the property and nearby. Kitchen is well stocked and plenty of places to relax separately or all together. This was our second visit and we’re not disappointed.

The house has everything and is in an perfect location

The pool and hot tub situation was a challenge. It’s broken and although we enjoyed it when repaired, that was only 1.5/5 day stay. The grill and outdoor kitchen and oven were not usable. Very dirty and not maintained. No stock of propane or fuel for any of the marketed outdoor kitchen for actual use. However, it is lovely. Very beautiful property. Grateful for the stay. But we were vacationing with our 6 kids and we selected this property for its amenities. Bottom line - amenities should be adjusted in listing for accuracy.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect!!! The house was so clean, decorated beautifully and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It has plenty of room to spread out with plenty of comfy beds. The highlight of this property is the backyard oasis! The pool and spa were amazing. It is pretty shaded most of the day which is perfect for those of us that burn easy. There is a phone inside where you can control turning on the spa heater, waterfall, lights, etc which is great. The patio has a huge grill, tv, fireplace with smoker, ceiling fans, tons of seating and places to eat. There is a small area of grass in the back perfect for our four legged friends. The hosts provide everything you might need-bug spray, sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, swim towels, etc. the back yard is privacy fenced which is great! The neighborhood was so quiet and although there were a few run down looking properties on the block, we never felt unsafe and actually my kids left some of their things on the porch one night and no one messed with anything. There is a long covered driveway so your vehicles will not be on the street. The location was perfect for plenty of restaurants, Deep Ellum, Art District, etc. I can’t say enough great things about this property and have actually already started planning a girls trip back!

This home has lots of updates but also historic charm. It was very clean, and the backyard is a great setup. We loved the cozy den space. Our group consisted of several female adults. Keep in mind that there are only 2 full bathrooms even though there are lots of beds. There is a half bath downstairs. Communication was excellent. Only slight downside is this neighborhood is in a very transitional phase as I write this. We never felt unsafe, but there are definitely some eyesores, and there were construction workers smoking tons of cigarettes in nearby yards which put a slight damper on our hot tub and outdoor time. Overall, it was a great place for us to stay.

Overall great property. Out back is a great hang out spot with a great kitchen setup and space for eating for everyone. Plenty of beds and separation to get away. We did pay to heat the pool which at certain times was not heated to the temperature it was supposed to be. Close proximity to Deep Ellum but did not walk it.

Very nice home and close to everything downtown. The rooms were very comfortable and we all enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool.

The pool and backyard area a bit smaller than pictured. The smoke detectors did not have any batteries.

It was great place for the group we brought. Good location to everything in Dallas.

This is a great home for our kids and grandkids. Lots of room and the pool is great.

The house, the pool and everything along with it was great. Booked for a weekend with the guys and man it didn't disappoint. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

What a great stay. Super easy check in process and accommodating host. I thought our group size would be hard to comfortably but this place was perfect. more then one person commented how comfortable the bed was.

The home was absolutely perfect for our group! We had four couples stay, and while one bedroom had bunkbeds, it did not at all affect our stay! We barely left the property as the pool, hot tub, cornhole boards, pong table and grill gave us a great entertainment experience. Blake was a phenomenal host and could not have asked for a better response rate. Thank you again and we would surely stay here if we are in the area again!

Great house and host. As advertised.

Our company came to Dallas for a work trade show. We rented this house and had a great time. Property manager was easily accessible and he came over to check the pool heater/system. So it was ready when we got back for the evening. The space was clean and the neighborhood was safe and beautiful. The pool was amazing and the back deck was a great relaxing environment for our post tradeshow sore feet! There is one rec rom type bedroom with 4 queen beds, the lay out is a little funky in that room but the comfortable beds made it ok to deal with! We will rent again when we come back to Dallas!

Great spot. Very comfortable. Easy proximity to Hwy for access to DFW Airport and AT&T Stadium. Appreciate Blake, great host who called shortly after we arrived to ask how things were, did we have any questions, etc.

We had a group of friends stay here for a wedding weekend. Perfect set up for a large group with plenty of beds which were all comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property.

This was a perfect house for our girls weekend in Dallas. Location is great with easy access to several different areas for restaurants/entertainment. The outdoor area and pool were good for hanging out during the day.
