Spacious, clean, beautiful location. We all had such a wonderful time together whether at the beach, 1/2 block, sitting at the pool, or enjoying the house together! Memories made, never to be forgotten!

This was a perfect location for a family getaway. The pool was awesome, the beach just a few steps away (you do have to cross a street, but it was never an issue, even with young children) The house was perfect- a true beach house. Most well stocked kitchen of any VRBO I've ever rented and the host had plenty of pool toys, floats, beach towels, etc. Highly recommend!

For a home built in the 1940's its a pretty nice home, but it needs some love (maintenance). But it was perfect for my family on 9, we all enjoyed the stay and the home has some niche areas that we all loved. We would go back for sure.

House is really great. Super close to the beach & lots of bars / restaurants. Very responsive hosts. Super clean & organized. Slightly rustic and cozy. Stocked with everything you need and comfortable enough for large groups to have privacy. 10/10 recommend.

The house was great - its location was very close to the beach - its a busy street, so may want to make sure the kids are with adults, but if you have a patience (wait a minute or 2) you always find an opening. The space was amazing, very beach like feel - and lots of space - enough for our 3 families. Pool was great - kitchen fully stocked, The area had just about the worst rain/hail storm I've ever seen - and there were a few leaks in the roof (which was apparently newly installed) - we are pretty easy going so didn't bother us - we put small bowl and moved on - The owners were concerned so I think they will fix it - but felt I needed to mention - we didn't care at all. I'm not a good reviewer - so I will just say this. The place was gtreat, our whole group loved it. Yes, maybe some minor things that were not 5 star (grill maybe., a kitchen cabinet, the roof) but all minor in my opinion and didn't matter. We would stay there again with the exact same condition and be happy as can be. I only mention this because some people are complaimers about every little thing.....

Had a great weekend with friends while we went to tortuga music festival. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was awesome to be so close to the beach. Spent a lot of time in the pool and grilled. Having three parking spots was the only aspect of our stay which we had to sort through as we had multiple people driving in to town separately. Overall we had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again.

Overall, the property suited our needs well for our family vacation (9 adults and 3 kids 5 and under). Access to the beach was quick and easy, although we recommend bringing or renting a wagon to haul gear to the beach. We utilized the pool a lot and only wish we had paid for use of the heater on some cooler/more overcast days. While it was nice to have a person give you a lay of the land at check-in, we had delayed flights that complicated our ability to effectively coordinate with the check-in person. The property is somewhat well worn for the price point and seems to have a few piecemeal additions. For example, one of the master bedrooms had a loud window AC unit and a very small personal water heater that led to a few cold showers. A few nuanced things if you are planning to travel with young children. 1. There are tons of stairs in this home, which requires constant vigilance if you have young toddlers/inexperienced walkers. They do provide a few baby gates, which is helpful. 2. There are lots of breakable decorative objects in the home that you will need to be mindful of. 3. The bunk room has no window coverings, so it is very bright (a challenge during nap time if your kiddos are used to a dark room). 4. A small section of the second story deck is not kid safe (lacking appropriate safety railing). Overall, the house has some nice amenities and is in a quieter area of Fort Lauderdale with good access to the beach.

Being so close to the beach was fantastic for our group with little kids. The house was clean and very cute! Lots of stairs but there were baby gates that we installed for safety. Host/greeter was very nice and helpful! All around a great stay!

Believe all the glowing reviews. This beach house was amazing. We were here with 13 people and never felt crowded or cramped. Ample seating everywhere, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, best pool area with both sun and shade…I could go on and on. Beach access was super easy and it was a nice, quiet area. We had some minor communication issues, but it didn’t affect our time much. We thoroughly enjoyed making memories as a family. It was hard to leave! We highly recommend this place!!

We loved this house for a bachelorette weekend. It was big enough for a good sized group to all have their space, including the common areas. Having the pool, various outdoor hangout spots and the beach is literally across the street was ideal for the kind of trip we wanted. Beautiful house, would stay again!

We had an incredible experience and stay. It was so great to be greeted upon arrival, informed of the area and toured through the home. Location was super convenient, just across the road from beach and home was furnished well. We stayed with my parents and they thoroughly enjoyed everything, as did our teenager and our 8, 6 and 2.5 year old too. Highly recommend!

This is a true charming beach house. If you want a cold modern white box this isn’t it! It’s rough around the edges like I’d WANT a beach house to be. Worn in a little bit with love and use. We had the best time, and really were able to relax. This is a beautiful comfortable home steps from the beach and plenty of room to roam. The loft bed alcove was beyond. The master bedroom bath was like a car wash for people. Everyone came and used mine because it was so fabulous. This was a great house. Do not expect perfection, expect a lovely beach vacation where you can put your feet up and have a great time.

This home truly is the Ultimate Beach House! We truly loved the space and privacy within the home. The street is quiet and the location was on point - walking less than a minute to the beach was a huge plus! The home was very clean, and they thought of every home essential you could need. Communication with the property manager was great and they even sent someone over to show us around the home. We highly recommended staying at the property, the space and decor were unique!

This house was perfect for a large group. We loved the pool and loved being so close to the beach. The hosts as well as the property managers were excellent with communication! We would love to stay again

We loved the location and the house was great but while we were there we had some issues that never were resolved. The pool really dirty and we asked for the property manager to send someone to clean it but it never happened. There was also a stopped up drain upstairs that I called about fixing but they never sent anyone to do it. We could tell there was some wear and tear on the place as well when a piece of the dishwasher fell off, a piece of a shower in the downstairs area fell off and there were bumps and knocks all over the place. You could tell things need to be updated and addressed but they have not. When “Julian” walked us around the property on arrival, he was pulling sheets and blankets off of furniture and trying to uncover porch furniture because it had not been done beforehand. Seems like no one has been in this house for a while to look over issues and update things that needed attention. While our overall experience was a good one. For the amount of money it cost to book this, I would’ve thought everything would be in perfect working order and all issues fixed and addressed quickly and smoothly.

We came to Ft Lauderdale to attend a party at my brother’s place to celebrate the 100th birthday of my step mother. The party was only a couple of miles from your property so it all worked out well.

We had a lovely vacation at the beach! The heated pool and backyard setup were private and perfect for our family. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable and this house is located on a very quiet stretch of beach. The house has lots of space and great communal spaces to be together as a family. Leo is an excellent house manager and answered all questions promptly and professionally.

This house was in a great a great location for families. Just steps to the beach and about a 1 mile from busier areas. It had everything you would need during a vacation. The heated pool was a great option when the beach was too windy. House was cute but much more worn than the pictures portrayed. Unexpected negatives…screened porch had broken screen (but it we had no issues with bugs) and rotting wood was visible in many areas. House could use some tlc. Overall it was a great property and we would stay there again.

We had an amazing time! The house was great and the location was perfect!

Pro's: The location of the home was excellent. It is literally right across the street from a nice beach with a lifeguard and within very close walking distance to a vibrant downtown beachy area. Con's: pool ques are warped or tips are broken odd, many lightbulbs are not working, main level hall shower leaks into the floor area, towels were damp at check-in, washcloths are worn and 1 appeared to ne used for cleaning and left in the bathroom to dry, clawfoot tub water is turned off at the wall and leaks when on, bath tissue and paper towels were insufficient for our stay after 3 days, front yard and pool area not as shown in the ad, dry rot under porch eaves, back of pool couch is broken was covered with pillows, microwave over stove does not work so there is no exhaust fan for cooking, tabletop microwave is on the desk, lower level master shower head falls off when the water is turned on, dishwasher does not release soap so we had to hand wash everything, pool was dirty upon arrival, screened in porch door doesn't close, BBQ is too close to the wood siding so we did not use, back door to the bunk room/pool is very hard to open, several old paint cans in the backyard and a large rusted can on top of the basketball hoop, several sheets of lattice and a ladder are laying near the side yard exit. We are also asked to leave at 10:30 while check out shows 11 on the ad, check in was in person not contact free, and we had 2 visits from owners? to check in and pick up their mail but due to CDC / COVID we were asked to start the beach towels laundry and remove all bedding. I expected more and relied on the photo's but every day we just found more wrong with this house and did not feel like we had privacy here.

This is an absolutely gorgeous home across the road from a quiet section of Lauderdale Beach. The hosts were gracious, communicative, and accommodating. No complaints.

This house was awesome for my girls getaway!! The location was great and so close to the beach. We stayed at the pool most days because it was so just too nice to leave! I cannot say enough great things about Leo, the property manager. He was so accommodating and responsive! 5 stars!

What an amazing week! This property was just what needed for a week away. It comfortably fit 5 couples. We were welcomed by Leo, the property manager. He made sure to provide a full tour and was readily available throughout the week to answer any questions/needs I had. We enjoyed the spacious living area, especially the large kitchen table to play games around. The pool table and dart room was an extra bonus for entertaining. We spent most of the week lounging in the pool This house sits so close to the beach, just a short walk over. The beach itself was a disappointment; the resent tropical storm had stirred up a lot of seaweed that laid on the beach/edge of the water. We enjoyed the location of the house as well. It’s nestled in a quiet part of town, but was just a short drive to restaurants and entertainment. We took advantage of having groceries delivered to the house. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area. Thanks for a great vacation!
