Our family of 4 had amazing time at Sandy’s beautiful home. Sandy was a great host. Very detailed and great communication. The house was very clean, beds were super comfy and the backyard was breathtaking. My girls enjoyed themselves in the pool. Our family will definitely be back.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! We had plenty of space for our family of 8. The beds were comfortable! The backyard and pool area are breathtaking! The house has everything you need to be comfortable and feel right at home. In the morning you will hear the roosters, which did not bother us at all. There is a cat on the property, incase that may be an issue for someone with allergies. It didn’t bother us either. Isabela is a beautiful city, and the house is very close to the Walmart and Selectos grocery store.

I don’t think there will ever be a perfect place but this place was where we excepted restoration for our family

We vacationed here with our 3 twenty-something children, one is a scuba diver, one a surfer and the rest of us love the beach and snorkeling. We took a number of day trips/adventures and had this wonderful house to come back to, prepare dinner and lounge in the pool in the evening. The house is very well equipped for cooking, and really just overall well equipped with beach accessories, comfortable and beautiful. Highly recommend this place!!!

This vacation home was just perfect for our family. The house was very clean and neat. We spent hours out by the pool. Sandy and Eric were amazing. They were very responsive and helpful. They had great recommendations for activities to do and restaurants to go to. I would definitely book with them again.

The house was perfect! Communications from Sandy were exceptional - very detailed, we knew just what was expected. The house was lovely, our family included to adults and 3 adult "children" ( 20, 22, 23) - the home was spacious enough for all of us and the outdoor pool area was perfection. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Sandy reached out throughout our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. The attention to detail was unsurpassed, streaming services, wifi, amenities, guide book to all things local and far. Don't hesitate to book. We would definitely return. Just one note if you are not an early bird there are roosters in the neighborhood - we were not bothered by their crowing and by the second day we didn't even noticed them - it just added to the charm of the location. Sandy truly sets the bar high and exceeds the expectations for customer service. Many delicious restaurants close by at Jobos Beach (view from Umas is spectacular) Highlight of the trips for the "kids" was Discovery Suba Trip @ Crash Boat Beach.

We particularly enjoyed the patio, pool and backyard. Great views and a peaceful escape.

I stayed here with my 3 teenage children and two aunts and we absolutely LOVED this house! This property is very well maintained. Exactly as it appears, if not prettier in person. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you’ll need during your stay. Management responds in minutes with any questions you have. Location is 5 mins from a strip mall that has a Grocery store, Walmart and a bunch of other cool stores. Outside patio/pool area is beautiful my teenager spent most their time out there. Furniture/inside decor modern and all the beds were super comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed our stay & DEFINITELY will be back!

The home was beautiful & very private. We walked in and there was a welcome basket w treats, wine & local bread from the bakery with a note from our host . House was very clean & there was a lot of attention to detail. Rooms were spacious and cozy. House was fully stocked w anything we may have needed. Host was available to us 24/7. Answering any & every question we had. Host was so kind to take us to get a car rental instead of us catching a cab. She was very pleasant and eager to help in any way. Kids enjoyed the pool. Beautiful Mountain View. Absolute Stellar service. We look forward to staying there again in the near future. Neighbors were very nice as well. This house does not disappoint whatsoever!!!

Pictures look beautiful! House is well equipped with all the proper tools and supplies. The pool area is great but not suitable for children. Tons of corners and edges that a child can hit their head on. Sandy has a boat load of restrictions, extra fees, and ridiculous rules. -quiet hours rules are ridiculous because the surroundings houses are loud all times of the day. Not to mention the neighbors directly next door are breading dogs. Dogs barking late hours of day and early morning. - has a “professional” pool cleaner but the walls on the pool were filthy and noticeably dirty. - sleeps 8 people but has extra fees after 6 people are approved. - asked to have an early check in and she suddenly doesn't respond but expected rapid response when I was contacted -asked to have a late check out and was rushed by the cleaning lady. With the ridicule rules, lack of communication, and terrible surrounding noise, trust me when I say there are plenty of better homes to rent for this price.

This home was a little slice of heaven. Private pool surrounded by lush palm trees and flowers. House had all the modern conveniences, immaculate. Sandy was a terrific host - provides an informative web portal and checks in frequently, even bringing treats like coconuts and plantain and homemade quiche. We will definitely return.

My clients and I really appreciated the hospitality. We rented this place for the private pool vs a shared pool. The house has a nice sized outdoor kitchen minus the cook top, however the grill makes up for it. The home owners have a nicely laid out app for renters to use(definitely recommend you use it). The property is well manicured and the crub side appeal is nice. The house is set up to sleep 6 adults plus two young kids on the top bunk. There is a bakery 6mins away which has every thing you need. If This is the perfect place for a vacation.

Amazing time in an amazing property!

My family along with my sister in law with her family shared this lovely home for a week. It was absolutely perfect and everything we wanted! Having a private pool was ideal for the children & honestly adults, we spent the most of our time there and the outside dining/entertainment area. Kitchen was stocked with necessities, along with the rest of the house, and clean! Even some games. Check-in & out was simple and sweet just what you wanted. Communication with the owner was always easy and helpful! We’ll certainly be staying here again :)

This was the first time staying in Isabela, PR and it was an amazing experience. This trip was in honor of my deceased Dad, who lived in Puerto Rico in Aguas Buenas, PR. He loved to take me, my siblings, my kids (his grandkids) & husband through the years of vacation all over this beautiful island. He took pride in teaching me, my siblings, my kids & husband the true essence of being Puertorican with emense pride. Sandra the owner of this gorgeous home was an exceptional host! Her home was definitely a home away from home. The house is in great condition, kept immaculate, the little details the owner put into this home is the cherry on top! The pool and patio area was the most stayed at area while on this vacation. My daughter, brother and myself had a lovely and adventurous time in Puerto Rico. I recommend Pedalea Bike tour on the coastline area of Isabela, it was AMAZING FUN!! Restaurants Cinco, Lobos Mojitos Beach Bar & restaurant for delicious Mojitos. Toro Verde for ziplining adventures, Carabali Rainforest Park for UTV, ATV, horseback riding and go cart fun, go sightseeing at Al Tunel Guajataca, Mar Chiquita Beach, Cueva de las Colodrinas, Las Ponzas de las Mujeres & etc. I definitely will be back with all my 3 kids and my husband to this lovely oasis away from home! This property is just as it's represented and more. We were impressed with how well stocked it is with lots of incidentals usually not found at rental properties. We spent three wonderful months here and enjoyed every minute.The owners are there for your every need and super nice people to boot. Thank you, Eric and Sandy, for everything.

The property was amazing! Great for a quick getaway with friends. The salt water pool was lovely and the host was easy to contact. They also left a binder with all the information we could need and even recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall great stay. Only complaint is that there was limited toilet paper, so if you're coming with a big group, bring extra TP

We enjoyed the home very much. It met our expectations and then some, much better than what we had imagined. Everything was perfect! From check-in 12/13 to check-out 12/20, Sandy was available and attentive for any questions and tips. There is no reason to look elsewhere for lodging if anyone is planning to visit Isabela. We our very pleased and satisfied with our experience with the home and town which we found to be friendly and wholesome. Isabela is definitely one of Puerto Rico’s hidden gems.
