We stayed here for a visit to St Louis and we were so happy with the location and the quite neighborhood where it is located.

Overall a good place. Lots of room. The upstairs seem to get pretty hot compared to the downstairs which was freezing cold. Also with little ones trying to open the doors we should have brought our own kid safety locks:) Otherwise a good stay!

We loved this house! It's beautiful and the space is great. Comfortable couches and beds. It was very clean, too!

5 rooms, 6 beds and 4 bathrooms. Great location, close to stores and good access to downtown and highway. We enjoyed our employee retreat. Everything was in working order and the house was beautiful. Clean and cozy! Remi ( owner/property manager) replied to my emails in a timely manner and also gave me her number in case we had any questions. Definitely recommend this property.

Clean, plenty of space for a large group, and close to all the action of downtown STL! Remi and her team were great and easy to work with throughout this process. Would definitely plan on staying here again next time I’m in the area with a group

While our visit to the area was under sad times, this property was awesome. There was no surprises except how impressed we was with everything. The time spent with family at the house was so awesome. Plenty of parking. House was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

Our extended family stayed 3 nights for a wedding. The home was perfect for our stay. Everyone had their own own room. We were close to stores , the freeway and airport. The house has been completely tastefully renovated. There's even a garage! Highly recommend.

This home was modernized to the max. Great finishing touches in every room Ample space for everyone to be at the home but still feel secluded.

This house was perfect for our group. The main floor is spacious with plenty of places to sit and relax and with a big kitchen table to accommodate all of us. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are great - nice size, good water pressure. We had a problem with the water temperature (we couldn't get it cool enough - an unusual problem to have). Remi responded very quickly and got it fixed right away. She made sure we had everything we needed. There is a great cafe within walking distance called Have A Cow. The food is farm fresh and the owners are wonderful. The backyard and patio are nice too. It would be a great place for a small gathering/party. It was nice having a garage to park the car. There is room in the driveway for another car. Everyone in our group loved this place and we would stay here again!

Family came to town to attend some baseball- location was good- easy 10 min Uber to ballpark, house was as advertised- plenty of space for 3 different couples and 2 pre teens! House has everything necessary- as noted in some previous reviewsTV’s are a bit tedious (streaming) printed instructions might be helpful. Plenty of parking

We had a party of 6 adults and 6 children and the house was perfect for that!! We were all able to have our own bathrooms. It was located nice and close to the zoo and Union Station.

Everything was as pictured in the VRBO listing. We had a good voice of rooms, bathrooms were as described.

Very comfortable - perfect space for our family.

The property looked exactly as the pictures! Beautiful home and Remi, the host, was fabulous! Communication was super easy. Best check in and check out process ever! Very simple. The location was spot on! Everything was within a couple miles of the home. Will definetly stay here again!

Expectations were set and met! Agree with a previous comment concerning improving the seating in the LR. All in all it is a great roomy house in a quiet and nice neighborhood.

This house was perfectly situated for visiting St Louis. It is conveniently located to restaurants, shops, and museums and had lots of room for our family group. We had a bit of trouble operating the tv remotes. Otherwise everything was great.

A lot of space for different family members, Fit our needs, great privacy in each bedroom and floor, plenty of bathrooms, great location, loved the 3 levels, very safe area and amenities included. Loved having a privates garage and back entrance, and dining on the patio. Extremely clean and well maintained. I would only make one recommendation and that is to add more usable seating and TVs in the Living/sitting areas and add TV to all bedrooms.

Incredible house close to everything in downtown STL- 2 minutes to a Walgreens and grocery store, 5 minutes to Busch stadium, 10 minutes to City Museum. Sleeps 12 people, super nice very modern house with full finished basement and car port with garage door opener. Bath tub in master bath, 2 other showers

Check in was easy-peasy, the house is as described. It also had a good amount of supplies in the house, so that was a pleasant surprise. It’s an incredible location—we visited the Arch, Grant’s Farm, City Museum, Union Station and the Zoo and none were more than 5-20 minutes away. Parking is a *super tight* fit for SUVs and vans pulling behind the house into the alley and then through the gate and into the drive behind the house. Also be careful of wasps—we had five different stings during our 5-day stay and didn’t trust letting our kids play in the backyard because of the wasp nest in the back gate. Owner was notified and they sprayed, but it didn’t help. Wasps came out nearly every time the gate was moved and they were aggressive. Other than the stings, our group of 11 were comfortable and had a great trip. Would stay there again if the wasps situation was remedied by an exterminator.

My family and I flew in from Denver to attend our daughters graduation from Lindenwood University this weekend. The house was perfect. It has plenty of space for everyone to sit and visit and enough beds that everyone was comfortable. Thank you very much Sherryne

This place felt like home. I would definitely stay here again.

Vary spacious, plenty seating. Bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap which is awesome for those that forget to pack those. Lots of beds/bathrooms. Netflix on all the TVs. Location is great, easy to find. Only 7 min drive to ballpark villiage/cardinals stadium. Downsides- Did not find spare blankets as the ones on the bed are thin. The downstairs beds are hard. The garage/driveway is in the back of house with small alley entrance so it’s tight fit with a bigger vehicle. Overall suited our needs perfect, would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay in a great location. Close to all of the tourist spots, ate at a local restaurant "Egg" it was amazing. We loved being able to park in the garage and/or fence in the back and that there was a fence for our dog. Remi was a very responsive host.
