This was a completely shocking and disgustingly dirty building, hallway and was basically a constant, noise-filled drilling and hammering construction zone. We had zero indication that we would arrive to even the front door being covered in tape and the smell of oil paint gave us headaches the entire time, between the sounds of tile being removed over our heads. Our room was one of two units not participating in a complete overhaul and the owner claimed though he declined to participate, that he didn’t know they would be doing the hallways. He offered us an extra day (we flew down and had a child who was headed back to school so we couldn’t stay) but I didn’t want longer time there I wanted to leave. In the end despite the dust, furry feet, noise, smell, he sent us $100. After paying almost $700/night after fees? Completely useless. There was no Wi-Fi until half through the second day when owner replied with his personal network info. Complete bust. If it would let me upload photos I would. Also the unit itself was full of old, peeling dirty wallpaper and broken dispensers. Needed an update. Walls are paper thin and I could hear the unit next to us talking word for word.

Jeff was great and attentive. Our family of four had a super late check-in due to our traveling window but Jeff had everything arranged at our 1:00 am arrival. Although the condo did not have the luxury finishes we normally expect at this price point, the condo was comfortable, clean, and met all our necessities. What makes this condo a hit is the Location, Location, Location. It’s located on the beach with an abundance of secured pools on property. The condo was on the 20th floor of 21. The double balcony afforded us the opportunity to enjoy the great views and sounds of the ocean, without the disruption of the noisy children playing in the pool below. The pool was open until 11:00 pm which we enjoyed during the early evenings. We definitely would recommend Jeff’s place. Remember to bring your own paper products and trash bags as they are not provided.

The condo was nice and in a great location. Very pretty views from inside and on the balcony. The pool area was fantastic with easy access to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay and time at Myrtle Beach. Jeff was accessible and helpful.

Over all a good stay. The condo was clean, and in a good location. Communication with the owner was good. He was very responsive to a couple of things that needed attention. Next trip to Myrtle Beach we would consider staying here again.

We loved it here. Was in a great location and the kids loved the pools and water slides. They would have been entertained enough just with those.
