we supposed to have had 5 rooms,there was no hot tub,furniture was so cheap a 125 pound man fell sitting on a piece of it,theres nowhere to go if you dont have a car,which I might add is nearly impossible to rent and cabs are some local farmers who might give you a ride.the house is in a very bad area,theres nothing around it and the price is outrageous. above all dont rent this property

The view from the house is amazing. The beach down the hill is not the best beach on the island so it's worth renting a car (must do so well in advance as they are limited). The wild horses that came to visit from time to time made the experience unforgettable. We also did the bioluminescent excursion and snorkeling (Crystal Clear Vieques) which we all enjoyed. Carlos, Cassie, and Nick were very attentive to our questions and requests throughout our weeklong stay. We'd definitely consider renting this house again in the future. Top tips: fly from San Juan rather than taking the ferry and renting a vehicle well in advance.

This house was truly fit for a large group, we had 11 and it was so well set up for all of us to spend time together as well sit out on the gorgeous patio and listen to the waves crashing on the shore. There are wild horses that come visit you right in the driveway, which is very wonderful. We had a few issues and I was able to get ahold of Carlos right away for help with them. This was a beautiful place to stay and we had a fantastic time.

Since the call the day before by Victor to confirm our arrival information and his details with us during our stay, lets you feel you really are on a problems free vacation. Facilities overall conditions, are very good. Beach view is breath taking and at walking distance from the house. Terrace may have a little bit of maintenance. People from the Island are very friendly; the best. Thanks all for a great family vacation. I definitely recommend this property without any doubt.

House was clean when we arrived. Great view of the ocean and the stars were amazing. Rhe beach here sucks but the beaches on the island are amazing!!! Great place!! Host replied with min.

We stayed one night at Ocean View House on Vieques and also rented the car from Carlos - our family was there to take a kayak tour of the Bioluminescent Bay with Taino Adventures. Carlos provided us with easy directions from the ferry (a 6 minute walk) and the car was ready and waiting for us. You MUST have a car on Vieques to get around. After spending the day exploring and snorkeling on Green Beach (lobsters, sting rays, turtles, lots of fish and sea urchins) we went up to the house to spend some pre-dinner time on the porch. Great view and sunset! Although we weren't in the house for long, it was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Early morning we were treated to a view of a couple of horses walking around with egrets on their back roaming the property below us. Upon returning the car, Carlos gave us a ride to the ferry. All in all, it was worth the trip and renting from Carlos was a pleasure.

Carlos, the host helped us find a last minute rental and was in constant contact to ensure all our needs were met. The house is most comfortable with a view to die for. We were visited by wild horses... quite magical. Linen was impeccable. Only regret having such a short stay. We would definitely recommend this place and, hopefully, come again.

This house is the perfect base for your stay in Vieques. We will definitely be coming back!

I went to Vieques this weekend with my wife and a group of friends. The place is just what we needed, a peaceful and spacious house close to all the fun places to explore in the Island. The place is as advertise only better. The panoramic view is impressive, the rooms are very clean and spacious and the living area was comfortable enough for our group. Carlos was really attentive since we got to Vieques until we left, he was just a phone call away. As a host I will give him A++. Will definitely come back, soon…

Everything was amazing during our stay. The rooms couldn't be cleaner and the location is perfect. The views.......just unbeatable and the costumer service as well. I would recommend this property with no doubt. If you want to enjoy the Caribbean in Vieques this is the place you are looking for.

We really enjoyed staying here! The place was super comfortable. There was a nearby beach... Carlos was an excellent host; he hooked us up with the cars, biobay tour and also the ferry tickets! I highly recommend this place!

The description was accurate from the begining, "The best ocean view in Vieques" and we admit it. We spend 3 days in Vieques at Carlos Place and we enjoyed a lot. The view from the balcony was amazing and also you can walk to the downstreet beach. It is a calm beach like a swiming pool. The property was clean and all the rooms had air conditioning. Carlos was very helpfull , he get a car for us (* You NEED a car in Vieques) for example , Caracas Beach or Blue Beach you can only get there by car. I would recommend this property and we will stay here again for sure when we come back to Vieques. Do not miss snorkeling at the ''Rompeolas'' ask Carlos about this tour. It is really amazing to see those big turtles swiming down your feet. Thanks a lot for your Help Carlos. Frederic M.

We had a great time in Vieques! we were a big group renting 2 houses. This house is spectacular, the view is amazing, you can see the hole ocean from the balcony while you are drinking a beer or a wine. Believe me is priceless, you have to see it. You can walk to the beach down the street , it is like pool, calm beach perfect for the kids. The rooms are perfect with air condotioning and the basics you need. Big kitchen and living room area(i told the owner to have more chairs and he bring them in 30 minutes) I really would recommend this place.
