Pool was great and outdoor gathering area was great too! Layout was nice with all except one bedroom without an adjoining bathroom. The master bedroom has multiple beds but that bathroom needs a door on it for privacy if non immediate family members have to share it. Great location short drive to beach and other entertainment areas. Loved the kayaks! Downfalls are super disappointed hot tub water level super low and super high with chemicals. One person used once even though was a major reason we picked this place. We cooked for a large group and 1 large pot and skillet is not enough. Had to find towels to get them in bathrooms when we arrived. Overall good place for family gathering.

amazing property great for family and large groups

We loved our stay in December- the house is very true to the listing and has so many fabulous amenities. We loved the tiki bar for cocktails and BBQ with our grown kids, and the kids loved the pool and foosball tables. We used the paddle boards and kayaks in the canal, which was so much fun, and We used the bikes and tennis rackets daily to go to the local Bayview park, and the pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable temps. The house is very well laid out- excellent family room seating for the tv, kitchen is well stocked, common areas open. The primary bedroom has two queen beds, which wasn’t ideal for us, and I wish there were a door separating the primary BR from the bathroom instead of a doorway, but otherwise, the bedrooms were all a nice size and the bathrooms were well kept. The access to the beach and Lauderdale by the sea area is fantastic, and there are some great local restaurants there and in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The owners were easy to communicate with and were helpful as well., The property was as described and we enjoyed our time there immensely!

Sand Hill Villa was perfect for our family. The house was beautiful and very clean. The outdoor space was included everything our family could've asked for or needed. We loved all the available activities such as the kayaks, bikes, paddle boards, pool/ping pong table, weights and yoga mats. The location of this property was ideal as well. It was in walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Michelle was a wonderful and accommodating host and was available whenever we had a question. We highly recommend Sand Hill Villa and cannot wait to return.

House was amazing. We enjoyed using the bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and ice chest. A lot of great nearby restaurants and beach is super close. Had a fun time. Thank you

We had a fantastic stay at Sandhill Villa! There were 8 of us, and we fit comfortably in the 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms. The pool area had great amenities with lounge chairs, outdoor couches, and a fire table. The tiki bar was so fun to hang out in with bar seating, extra refrigerators, and an outdoor table/chairs. We used the kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, bikes, and hot tub, and all were in great condition! The great room in the house worked well for all of us when hanging out in the living room/kitchen. The decor in the whole house was modern and fun. It was nice being on the intercoastal--a great location and easy to get to the beach or restaurants by walking or a quick golf cart ride to Las Olas/main Fort Lauderdale area. Michelle was great to communicate and answered all questions promptly. I'd highly recommend this property!

This place was as beautiful as the pictures. Seven adults went, and we had plenty of room to lay around the pool and enjoy the outdoor area. The home is in a great area within walking distance to the beach and downtown area. Michelle was awesome, and very responsive getting us in, didn't need to call her on the trip as all went well.
