Mark’s place was wonderful for our family stay in Colorado Springs. His communication was top notch as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We chose this charming little house because of its proximity to family during the Christmas holiday. It was performed our family of 4, very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware, and the washer and dryer came in handy too. Great location very close to downtown, in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The owner was very easy to work with as well. Would highly recommend!

Lovely home near everything. Lots of kitchen supplies, laundry etc. Communication and accomodation with owner is exceptional. Neighbors are great, enjoyed meeting them over Halloween.

My husband and I visit our son in September but needed to rent a place this year. This house is 5 minutes from his house and very close to downtown, where we like to hang out. It was a perfect place to end the day at, as well as have guests at during the day. We enjoyed the nice kitchen too; even cooked a meal there one night. I especially liked the check-in book which included the family history attached to the house. Would definitely stay again!!

The house was in a great location to access all the local attractions. Very clean and comfortable just as pictured. The host provided a lot of info on the house and area attractions which was helpful and very accomodating on our early arrival. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The living space and kitchen were perfect for our weekend. Kitchen was stocked well for our needs. Great view of Pikes Peak when walking/driving on San Miguel. Central air conditioning kept us very cool during a weather spell in the high 90’s.

Fully equipped home with comfy beds. Walkable neighborhood close to Colorado College, restaurants, etc. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs. We stayed at this house 3 years ago and enjoyed it. It has plenty of room, big kitchen and all the amenities. It’s close to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. We will definitely book it again when we visit the area next year. -William Taylor

This home had it all. Appreciated the coffee and coffee maker the first morning after getting in late. Lots of spices and extras for cooking. Used grill three times. Loved the back patio and outdoor furniture. Easy walk to Colorado College. Thank you!

This house was perfect for what we needed...It was in a good neighborhood, centrally located to most attractions in the city and very well kept..Mark was very nice and helpful...We would stay here again!

The property manager answered all my questions, and was very easy to contact. The house was charming, very clean and suited our needs. I found a cool coffee shop around the corner and walking around the neighborhood was so nice.

The property is exactly as described. The location is convenient to everything we wanted and needed and even a place we didn't know we needed...Hillside Gardens where our host's band just happened to be playing. We also liked the privacy hedges surrounding the property and off street parking. It was a short visit in effort to get acclimated to elevation before heading about 1000 feet higher (I did get altitude sickness, so beware and get plenty of fluids and electrolytes and you can buy bottles of oxygen boost at drugstore). I was a little crushed that I didn't have time and energy to prepare a meal on that gorgeous stove, sigh. The upstairs is very tight with 2 smallish bedrooms and a Jack & Jill bathroom, (was there a linen closet?) and that's it, so I think best for 2 friends (like us) or mom & dad and a couple of kiddos who play well together. Communication with Mark was outstanding & how we happened to end up at his concert. He was a very gracious host indeed!! Most of all, the location was perfect for getting in and out of town efficiently. It was convenient for averting Denver congestion entering from the east and then heading south on 25 (I believe) toward the Royal Gorge. No regrets - except for the not cooking thing!

Stayed during the Christmas holiday here. It has a very well-equipped kitchen. Could use a couple more pots; however, a little improvising made it work. Beds are super comfy. While the fireplace is non functional, it gives the home charm and ambiance. Everything worked well. The temperature inside kept well. My wife and I would stay here again.

We had an amazing time in Colorado and the property was so nice.

Beautifully restored historic home - very comfortable, good neighborhood, quiet! Slept well! Main bathroom is tiny as stated in other reviews but we weren’t there for the bathroom! Owner’s precise information was spot on!

I can’t begin to say enough about the location, the house and the owner. Mark is the perfect host. Communication was accurate and prompt. Very helpful in every way possible. The house is extremely well stocked, from Kleenex to toilet paper to lotion and bathroom items, so take a look before you go to the store. Close to downtown and major highways. In a historic neighborhood so the houses were so unique as we went for morning walks. Also found a walking trail that led to a cute little coffee shop. Definitely a “go to” when you’re in The Springs!!

We stayed in this house on our 5 state road trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This is such a neat old house. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very pleasant to deal with. Such a awesome and flawless visit. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

We loved the little cottage on St_Miguel in Colorado Springs. It was perfect for two. Enjoyed breakfast on the porch. Very well located for all we wanted to see in Colorado Springs.

We enjoyed our stay in this very nice property. The location was excellent with nearly everything we wanted to do in the area within 15 minutes. The home is stocked with nearly everything you'd need. It was comfortable with space for my wife and I, and adult kids.

I love that this home has been in the same family since it was built . The location is such a nice area and so convenient to everything . The house is well stocked with basics like soap and paper products , coffee and spices for cooking . The beds are super comfy and each bedroom has a window unit to cool the rooms down if the nights are too warm . Parking behind the house was convenient . I love all the original woodwork in this precious home - there truly is a lovely energy here . The owner was very prompt in returning a message and very easy to communicate with . I loved my time here and I’m so glad I was able to stay in this special house . I would love to go back and stay here again .

This rental was very nice. It was well stocked and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe. It was situated close to many attractions.
